I was super excited to get them as a next day delivery and I'm kind of irritated that my nicotine is floating around unattended in the AZ heat. Oh well. Can't do anything about it today. Maybe it will actually be in the box when I get home from work but I'm showing one package as delivered today and the nic is still showing as undelivered.
The PP fees are taken out before the seller gets the money.

So I suspect use just like regular 100mg/ml nic, diluting down to the final percent you want with the PG/VG ratio you want.

Yup. I like it a great deal no throat hit, which is what I prefer.... I find them pretty useful as my throat was pretty torn up to start. I don't find I use more than regular nicotine (you just pretty much use it the same in DIY as any other juice, really) so I don't worry about it. I like them quite a bit.
