Thumbs up on this video!

@Katya

Here is how @qorax wicks the Erl:

I've used that method and without shoulders and had good success with my Erls. What issues did you run into? If you want to give 'er another go would love to see a pic of the wicking.

*Edit* - Nevermind, I see many have tried and no joy. It happens, sorry about that.

Nope...Not an innokin Product in sight new or clearance...If I was vaping 3 years ago...I would have had to have purchased one...Saw some on eBay used for about $50...I don't think so...If I was gon'a be silly enough to buy one in the first place I'd pony up the $$$ and get a new one from FT...Cool Old Rig Though :D

When I started vaping ~2014 I saw one of those in the display case at the Vape shop I frequent for over a hundred bucks.Fast forward to now,the Vape shop has one on the discount table for fifty.

Guess I won't be getting my morning fix of ECF with my coffee in the morning. :(

Dear Burnie,

ECF will be down for an extended period tomorrow (Saturday) from 6am central / 7am Eastern.

This is due to a server migration. With any luck we'll by open by lunchtime. Thanks in advance for your patience :)

That's so nice of you offer help, but I'm afraid I have moved on. I saw that video about a dozen times, I studied every picture in Qorax's thread, Roxynoodle (and others) really tried to coach me in her threads... It's also possible that my FT clones are defective. Who knows. Anyway, this was my last conversation with Roxy on the subject of Erlks--I so miss her. She was always so helpful and so knowledgeable.

The Overlooked Tootle Puffer Gear Thread

ETA: Basically, my problem with Earlks was that they were constantly wet--they either leaked outright, or seeped, oozed, had wet feet, etc. And they made really strange noises to boot.

I have to agree about the wet feet. My wife can't stand that @%$#& whistling. The flavor is great, the light weight us great, but I agree with my wife about the noise. I tried filing the sharp edges by the air flow controller. I remove and/or tightened the air controller. Nothing worked.

Exactly right. I'm so glad I'm not the only one.

Woo hoo. Mister E Liquid brought back their 135 ml size option. They have it on their site for $35@135ml. They go from 0 to 24 nic and their juices are available in 0/33/50/70 VG. I think they have a great tobacco flavor line, and they do have a lot of the more popular flavors as well. Fruit, candy, etc. Lots of menthol options for people who like that (not me), and you can add menthol to (I think) anything if you want it. There are other more expensive tobacco options out there but MEL's juice is really flavorful and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to MTL to get/stay off of the cigs.

Can't wait!

2.3 mm insert! Finally!!!!

I've been waiting for my beloved Kayfun 4 simplified. I love the vape, hate the atty. So unnecessarily over engineered. This is so exciting!

Vape Systems? By-Kav7? User Manual in Russian? Who are they?

Never mind. by-KA*v6: An amazing RTA from Belarus!

I couldn’t reconcile with the Erl either and it vomited all over/inside my Jac Series B so it was shelved. Someone kindly came along who wanted it and I don’t think I’ve ever thrown something in the mail so fast. I had to disassemble the Jac to clean it up. It wasn’t worth it for me.

LOL ...Good Morning...Sounds a bit like my educational experience with the Ultra-Low Cost (cheap) ce4's I bought on eBay...As I said at the time..."Would have been just as easy to squirt the juice on my pants straight from the bottle" :D...But I can be taught !!!...And aside from the mess it was a fairly low cost lesson :)

we got any jarheads in here? Happy Birthday Marines!

Is it traditional to put out a tray of crayons and tequila the night before as a snack for Jarhead Claus? Asking for a friend, I'm an ex-NAVY guy.

From what I can find out - not crayons - it is supposed to be a tray of special "Jarhead" Style - "Sausages" . . . ;) :pervy:
