vape mail today :). I have two pink Picos in my stash but have been wanting this one for a long time. So I kept watching its price on FT and got it for about $23! There was another device that I considered buying but at $75 I couldn't justify it. I love Eleafs and Picos are pretty cool :)

I will @Ipster !! :) :) Thanks for saying it! I would so ask the husband to check out ECF, but he doesn't like reading (his mom punished him one summer by making him stay in his room and read all the World Book Encyclopedias-- including the updates) and I think that turned him off reading for life, although he knows a lot of things.

I am so glad his mommy was not MY mommy. Mine taught me to read at age 2--3 and then provided me with ANY book I wanted. As far as I was concerned, "books" were my savior from like, the real world, which I really didn't care for very much at all from a very young age. LOL.

My husband just said, "Really? You're reporting my 'statistics'????????? Well, okay, thanks."

I think the thanks was to ECF, although the tone was a bit difficult to "interpret" I would say.... LOL.

Im just stoked hes vaping not smoking! Everything else will come in time... It was one day at a time for me trying to quit tobacco until I found exact right vape. I knew it immediately, threw out all cig related things, cleaned houses, cars, etc.
Id only cut back on the cig a likes (all there was in my areas in 2009-2011). I really owe my being 6 feet above ground to ECF.
I learned so much here and like many others began the ladder of vaping & gear.
My goal now is to step down the ladder’ lower the nic, fewer vapes.
Im mouth to lung tootle puffer but still high nic, plus picky liquids, so $$$ and I cant leave the house without vape gear
(I hate that, its not as bad as the ball and chain that cigs were but still similar).
One day at a time.
For your hubby, for you, for me.

I just placed another vapemail order, managed to keep it under $300, which is damn hard since I was at Zens store,, could be really easy for me to go wild there.
(Made me think about taxes, since Im in the pay out category, not refund category).
All the best to both of you....
Cheers.

All the forums I frequent are slowing down, I wouldn't single out ECF.
Yes, vaping is now normalised, there is no more all that experimentation, and the type of devices/clearos are very similar.
On converse, there is no advancement that isn't just Little commercial steps forward; we use the same type of batteries we had in 2011, the state-of-the-art devices were released two years ago and haven't changed since. Consider also the Internet-wide trend of social networks eating into the space of forums and boards, and we have an explanation of the perceived slowdown. Imagine of a squonker with an electric pump, a mod with LiFePO4 battery, a tank with an NTC temperature sensor - small but true innovation, that would revive the debate...

I have been hell bent on trying to find a real kayfun v3.1 and out of the all profiles I have looked up to message if they still had them, only about 3 were still somewhat active. I have looked through tons of profiles! Maybe people have just moved on. I know for me as a MTL vaper, there isn't really anything new that I would want to buy or talk about. With the old DNA stuff, provari, and kayfun tanks.... I don't really need anything new vape wise.

I'm still vaping the hitters I bought 3-4 years ago. IPV2, the repaired 2 sigelei zmaxs, Istick100tc, 1 of the 2 DNA30 aluminum box mods I scored a few years back(2nd still new), the 2 provaris and a couple favorite mechs. I bought some hitters from healthcabin when they had their sale I think late 2016 before they changed their no clearance items included in free shipping and they all sit NIB waiting.
My last vape mail was ebay of 2 silicone heating discs and a little digital temperature control that took 4 months to deliver. The disk work awesome to heat my juice to 100 degrees as I'm mixing in my magnetic mixer to help marry the flavors faster. I had to revamp a old PSU to power both the mixer and heating pad cause the adapter I was using didn't have enough knards to power both, soon as I turned on the heat the mixer went down to 6 volts to spin, took a hour to reach 100 degrees. With the PSU the mixer spins full 12v and now takes 20min to heat 100mls of juice.

I didn't think I was going to check out anything new either. I was happy with my various mods and many different tanks, especially the little KFL+ V2 "shorty" tanks with a bell cap that I'd been using almost exclusively for the last 1.5 years. Then, I broke down and bought a Vandy Vape Berserker 24mm MTL RTA on the Classies here, about 5 weeks ago.

It was so great (very easy draw, super smooth vapor, terrific flavor, very simple build deck, variety of AFC holes to choose from, is stingy on juice consumption, etc.), that I couldn't believe it! For the first month...I only used my previously favorite KFL+ V2 shorty tanks for a total of maybe 3 hours! It is by far the best tank I've ever used. Now there's a lifetime supply of both the 24mm Berserker and the 22mm Mini Berserker in my stash.

So, you might want to try one of either size. There are many of us who have been very pleasantly surprised by them!

ETA: By the way, there are 2 threads going on in the Rebuildable Atomizers> RTA forum. There's a separate one for each size Berserker. You might want to start reading at about page 50 on the 24mm thread.

You’ve definitely got me curious. I do need a few new tanks.

Now is the time, in my opinion. I could never really get on board with my Kayfun clones (I know, I haven't experienced an original) but the Siren V2, the Ares, and the Berserker are all great, in different ways. It's interesting to see who winds up liking what. But I think they all have great things to offer, for sure. I liked the Siren and Ares enough to get a backup of each and I have a third Siren 22 mm on the way. I really love those tanks.

I typically use 28 gauge SS if making my own coil. No difficulties. I ordered a bunch of "premade" different resistances coils for on my bad days from FT-- well they all arrived with the IDENTICAL amount of wraps, and the only way to tell their resistance apart was by wire gauge. Believe me when I say I have been using "mystery" resistance coils sometimes. I installed what I considered "super flimsy" wire coil in my 24 mm Siren (it was really really thin, and one of the lower resistance coils, it could have been 30, potentially) and trapping was no problem at all. I use magnification glasses, and if I hold it "steady" it's fine. I had more trouble wicking the thing than trapping the wire, let me put it that way.

Also, if thinking of ordering "mixed" resistance coils from FT.... I would probably use AVS in the future for any coiling needs, LOL.

If anyone wants to try the Berserker 24mm and/or the 22mm Berserker Mini:

Eight Vape still has the 24mm ones in SS, Gold, and Rainbow for just $21.99 each (Lowest price I've found anywhere, so bought all my 24mm from them)

Vandy Vape Berserker MTL RTA

Fasttech has both sizes, but their prices are higher for the 24mm than at Eight Vape - SS is $27.70 and colors are $29.99, when using the MAP code at Checkout. Their prices for the 22mm Minis, using MAP, are $26.09 for the SS and $27.39 for the Gold, Black, and Rainbow. Bought all my Minis from them, but the Gold ones took much longer to receive. Link below is for anything/everything Berserker (ie. tanks, glass, etc.)

Hmmmmm... I’ll have to see what payday brings. Maybe it is time for a new tank.

The price will only get better.

I have no plans of selling mine.

Me either. Just sorry I didn’t get a radius. Guess my 2.5’s are my new retirement plan . One is still brand new, just in case the fda gets all up in my business

I would have a tough time parting with any of my 2.5's as I can't figure out which one(s) I'd give up. Extra silvers and blacks maybe, but some varieties are just too much of a pleasure to let go. Then again, some of the beauties are so cool I likely will never use them. I didn't plan on being a collector but that seems to be where I ended up.

The GMZ's will never leave, that much I'm sure of.

Franken-Mod! It’s so glittery and I can’t get it to come through in a photo. Shiny!
