I haven't been to France for almost 20 years, but I remember that it seemed that almost everyone smoked. Spain, too. It's good that vaping is more than just catching on. Your government may put lots of regulations on it, but ours is banning it.
On the lighter side of things, I've given Le Petit Vapoteur (which I suppose makes you a vapoteuse) some good business. I love Titanide's products. I'm vaping one of their mods right now. I get my stuff fast from them, and shipping is reasonable. I hope they continue shipping to the US.
I bought a mod from a place in England called Ralfy's Emporium, and when it got here the customs form said "aluminum tubing". Which could be argued to be correct. Shades of Fasttech...
