I appreciate you looking for me, but I kind of prefer dealing with US sites if I can. Just for customer service and return situations, it seems like it would be less of a hassle. I can't imagine that the Ares 2 won't be in US stores pretty soon.

Okay - Lookin' Good . . . Korma R - Bronze w/ zlide - Gunmetal (arrived today) . . . Actually, matches the top "Silver-ish" panel of the Bronze Korma R very well . . .

That’s concerning Becuase a mate ordered about $80 of gear 4.5 months ago which hasn’t reached him and they’re refusing to refund him. It’s been a big thing for a long time. I wonder if they’re starting to get shady. My purchase isn’t for much so I was willing to risk it but their rep being missing now makes me wonder.

Seems all shipments have been really slow since covid. Huge reductions in air travel, so the "usual" shipping has no doubt been shifted to the really slow boats. And probably hits to manufacturing as well.

Hope you can get it sorted out.

Thanks and I do get that. But in this instance they listed in stock. Bait and switch to out of stock and a month away. Listed it as shipped with no tracking. Said it got returned and they were resending - still without tracking. Then they had a delay on their side. Then it was sent out two months ago. Then I think there was another thing or two. I have a hard time believing all of that. It would be an incredible turn of events.

I will message her and see if she answers though. Thanks for the heads up on the username!

I have a small order out since April. Tracking shows still in "preparing shipment". I opened a ticket a few weeks ago and got a response within days - shipment was originally rejected and reshipped. Shipping is slow due to COVID... Please wait 2 more weeks. It's been more than 2 weeks with same result on tracking. Respond to ticket, got a reply 24 hrs later "we will check with the shipper". So, yes, kind of frustrating, but at least I am getting responses. The CSR did say if this isn't resolved they will either reship or refund my money. Order is for a couple of mods I really don't need, so we shall see.

I place 3 FT orders the middle and end of April. One arrived June 29th. The other two still show status as of May 7th and May 10th: Processed Through Facility, ZHENGZHOU EMS, CHINA

When I opened tickets, this was the reply:

I am sorry that the flight to overseas is reduced drastically in this period, so too many parcels are backlogged in the airport, so there is no information updated for a long time.

We apologize for all the inconveniences caused recently.

Hope you can understand this special situation and give this order more time.​

Bulk Apothecary sent an email to subscribers a couple months ago that explained how the cost of air freight from China has really skyrocketed. They said it had risen to $100,000 per container load. Vendors are waiting to get each container packed as full as possible...before having them shipped. The result is fewer containers being sent and less frequently than before, too.
