Yes, the article mentioned it, sort of. Referred to V2cig, iirc, which isn't quite true, should have referred to V2Ecig...

That, and that the company does NOT market actual cigarettes, suggests to me that they see some sort of writing on the wall, and want to position themselves to survive the changing market.

So... may be a good thing. Small fry, like most of the vape shops both on and off line, are too small to be heard.
I think they cater to the "roll your own" market selling bulk tobacco and rolling papers?

Pretty much, although they're no strangers to vaping. IF they follow through on the stated plans, greater exposure to "advanced" devices could be good in many ways. At least with more $$ behind them, they might be in a better position to deal with the FuDa.

@Krisma, there's a chap in the New Members section, philbert, who's from Oz and is seeking some advice - where to get stuff, what to get, etc. He's using Volcano gear, but seems to be looking for something else? Would you be willing to steer him in a reasonable direction?

Anybody use the Nauti X? I have a wee problem...

Lately, when unscrewing the top to refill the coil gets stuck to the top cap and unscrews (affixed to the top cap). Darned annoying that each time I refill, the coil comes out as well and I have to unscrew it from the top cap (messy).

Is it just me?

While the good doctor didn't go into specifics, his point makes a lot of sense. He used water, but I find table salt a better analogy. Or many medications, a small dose will kill the bug. Too high a dose and you're the bug...
I vape too much. I know I vape too much. I go through around 10 ml a day. I don't drink enough water... more coffee and tea than anything else... I probably eat too much fried foods. Salt and meds I'm ok on (I don't add any salt and I'm off all mess except the occasional aspirin or antacid)...

Expecting humans, esp. Americans, confronted - no, barraged - with daily temptations (oversweetened, fatty anything... cereals, donuts, burgers and fries, ice creams, sodas and energy drinks, et. al.) to be healthy is absurd. The key here, IMO, is harm reduction. All that I vape is still better than smoking even a couple cigarettes. This is not JUST opinion, but has been backed up by anecdotal evidence... former smokers showing increased lung function in medical tests...

My take on that whole things is that we as individuals are responsible for ourselves. Without solid and concrete evidence on what vaping is, or isn't doing to harm us, it is up to each of us to decide what we are comfortable with. Until then I will vape what I feel comfortable vaping and what satisfies me. It is a risk that I'm willing to take because I know what the end results would have been if I continued to smoke 2+ PAD.

I know that I feel 1,000 times better than I did before. If evidence comes out proving that certain ways of vaping, or for that matter vaping itself, is no better than smoking. Then I will have another decision to make. Until then I will do what I feel is safer for me and satisfies my addiction and cravings, and not judge anyone else for the way they vape. Just my :2c: :D.

I think I read something about that in the Nautilus x thread and believe someone suggested to put a little e-liquid around the top to act as lub
