@kad2371 . . .

While I do not have an iCare there is a woman I see everyday who does use one and if "You" vape anything like she does - Let's just say EVERYONE will know what you are doing on those flights . . . Huge plume of Vapor . . .
cBFbKIt.jpg
. . . Now - When I was "flying" and NEEDED a HIT OF NICOTINE it wasn't really what equipment I using at the moment (Although that doesn't mean Ya' still can use a HUGE mod) - it was what "E-Liquid" I was vaping and how I was vaping . . . The main thing is that the "E-Liquid" can not have any after smell that a seat mate or flight attendant can smell - so it was usually just plain & simple flavorless "E-Liquid" with nicotine that I added a little "menthol/kolada" too . . . The other thing to do is make absolutely sure to take small little puffs and then "Exhale" any and all vapor that Ya' didn't swallow and/or hold on too into your shirt/blouse you are wearing . . . Almost as though you are being very courteous and coughing into yourself and not allowing the spray of a cough to spread to your seat meat or throughout the cabin . . . Even though there is more to say about "Stealth Vaping" on a plane - I think Ya' get the idea . . . Just sayin' . . . ;)

Not sure I'm even gonna try on the plane tbh, but 3 hours in O'hare, another 3 in Houston, on top of the flights...that's what I'm looking at. Don't know the rules everywhere, but I'm positive that vaping isn't allowed inside O'Hare. Even if it's allowed in Houston, I prefer to be inconspicuous.

Well - If Ya' not looking to "vape" on the plane (which if caught could get ya' arrested like smoking on a plane would) then you should be fine. From what I know and also experienced at most airports, "Vaping" is allowed anywhere smoking a cigarette is allowed (Call the airport before you go there just to make sure) . . . AND - In some Airports I was allowed to Vape in the terminal if there was a vendor selling "Vape Gear" and more importantly - discreet, especially when I was waiting at the gate sitting in a wheelchair (YES - I know it might be impossible for some people to believe, but I can be discreet - just ask the nurses/doctors in the hospital that banned the use of e-cigs and vaping who didn't know I was "vaping" for 2 weeks while I was there . . . :pervy: )

BTW: Ya' might want to check out a Blog I wrote a few years ago - Here:

Anyway, wishing "You" luck in finding a place to Vape at the airport and stay safe in your travels . . . :D

More and more airports no longer allow vaping inside, though in most of those cases it's because the cities the are located in don't allow it indoors anymore. And going outside at a large airport like O'Hare, then having to come back through security is not something I wanna try even with a 3 hour layover, at least during the holiday travel period. I have vaped in Houston before, recently, and I'm pretty sure it's still allowed there. But I know O'Hare has banned it, or technically Chicago has. I'll also have a long layover in Newark coming up, where it is also banned according to my research.

    ...

I found them a bit noisy but to be honest it was not my type of Vape gear so I didn't give it much of a run.
Yes, it is but not as bad as say a NarDa dripper ;) Besides, the one you had was (is) faulty as there is a delay between initiating a draw and the coil firing.

I up the flavour by 33%, and the nic level goes from 8mg/ml to 18mg/ml when I use it. I've also removed the AFC ring completely

The rig in my sig. picture is still my stealth rig. Ego mini 400mah and a carto loaded with 24mg flavorles 70pg30vg. All I need is a couple of puffs to get my fix with no odor and very little vapor signature. I can hit this thing dang near any where.

OK fellow Tootlers. I'm curious as to anyone's experience with the Icare for stealth vaping situations. Don't tell, but I'm thinking of something I can use unnoticed in, for example, airports during long layovers or similar scenarios. I'm really not much of a Tootle Puffer these days though I do still enjoy my Nauti X for low power MTL vaping.

So, who has used the ICare and what do you think for limited situations such as mentioned above?
Thats what i bought mine for too. Bought the black one because it's all black and really doesnt look like a vaping device and i can hide it in my hand.

With my style of vaping (about 2 mls/day) i get about 10 hours out of a charge. I really like it overall. The only thing I dont like about it is that the red light that is supposed to tell you that your battery is almost dead last such a short time you almost miss it. I dont find it noisy at all BTW.

If you havent gotten one yet, sweet vapes has them. $20 for the mod plus 5 extra coils.

Juul I think would be about the best one with the ICare's following close behind and much better priced.

@Krisma I am interested in getting a eVic AIO and am curious how the heads perform and if you are rebuilding them? Is the vape quality good? I think they are pretty smart looking devices and have the itch to get one.

    edit:

Does it come with the BF RBA head?

I don't like the actual RBA head (it's better for vertical builds and I like horizontal) so I modified a normal head and rebuild that. I like them a lot they are just like the cubis v1 tanks that I really enjoy. A slightly warmer Vape and work best on a higher airflow setting. They are good at the lower AF but better on mid to full open.

Stopped by a vape shop on the way home from the dentist yesterday and purchased a pair of LGDBHG21865's @ $12.99 each + taxes. The white insulator ring appears to be a matte finish soooo hopefully they're the real deal.Gonna put them to use in the next few days.:)
