Yes, you can put what you like in there. The Pico has a tiny screen so you are limited as to what you can use.

The logo option is common across all joyetech mods, here is the logo on my Cuboid.

I tried turning the logo on on mine but nothing happened. Do you have to download one first? I assumed the eleaf logo would already be in there.

No, there is a little eLeaf logo they use by default. If you have turned it on and let it sit, it should pop up in a few seconds.
