Digiflavor siren, very good MTL tank :)
LOL!!! If you don't want a very tight MTL, that is! LOve the tank, got 2 of them, just wish that v2 will have one more hole, smaller than the small one now! As is, I have the afc ring blocking about 1/2 of the small hole. You just have to pay attention to the wicking, that's all.

I've always liked that Presa, but the shape reminds me, well, too much of something I saw in the mirror once...

You just have to keep in mind that around these parts names have been changed to protect the innocent.

(Uh, did the goog come up with any hits? :w00t: )

Now how KOOL would THAT be.

My newest tootle puffers device, DNA250 therion snake skin mod, yes I know, not a low powered device, but didn't buy it for the power, bought it for looks, it will probably never go past 20 watts, my new favorite setup with the digiflavor siren :hubba:

The Siren is a new breed some are calling GTA for Genesis Tank Atomizers. The name manages to anger Gennie purists as it doesn't use mesh or cable *gasp* It's not a traditional RDTA with the coil at top It's not a traditional RTA with the coil in the base. Instead, it has an RDTA deck under an RTA chimney and barrel in the middle of the tank. Wierd, but apparently quite functional. I'm holding out gor the Digiflavor Fuji Son which allows decks to be swapped out... single or duals...

Tootle puffin, on my broadside tube mech, with Merlin Mini, single coil and the tightest air-restrictor-thingie screwed in. Coil ohming in at 0,75 ohm (6 parallel 34ga kanthal at 5 wraps :p but they're twisted two-and-two), which gives around 20W give or take :) GREAT flavour in small puffs of cloud :)
Happy days!

I think @Nailz also loves the Avocado, which is also this type of tank.

GeekVape Avocado RTA Review - Vaping360
The 22 mm Avocado is good... better as a single coil with the block in place... but it's an RDTA, and I thought we were talking about GTA...

When I was deep in computers, man o man, the acronyms never stopped... until the designers started getting twitchy...

How about TWAIN. It stood for Technology Without An Interesting Name.

Anyone remember PCMCIA? It was supposed to stand for Personal Computer Memory Card Interface Applications, but the inside joke was People Can't Memorize Personal Computer Industry Acronyms.

Looks like we're headed down the same path...

I put BVC in an RDTA for TC...

Here's what I wrote up the other day on a different thread...

Here's my own personal set of definitions:

Genesis - deck on top, small wick holes, suitable for mesh (preferred), cable, yarn, or silica... i.e. BF99

RTA - Deck down low, vacuum fed... i.e. Ammit

RDA - Just the deck i.e. Goon

RDTA - Genesis-style with wick holes suited to cotton or rayon... i.e. Avocado

Autodrippers - Tank on top, deck on bottom... mostly a mess in the making... i.e. Big Dripper

RBA - A coil head designed to be rebuilt

Tank or Clearomizer - Takes drop in coils only i.e. Kanger Protank

Hybrid - Tanks with RBAs that can function like an RTA i.e. Kanger Subtank

It's a topic of debate, genny purists point out several attributes that define a "genny". One of those attributes is wick in the bottom BUT it's not the only attribute.

These newer tanks are just that :) something new that combines some attributes of RTA, RDA and Genny.

These terms are really just things we make up to try to get a handle on these various attributes but at the end of the day there is always going to be some mix and match.

Take for instance the term MTL. All kinds of people define MTL vaping with a lot of different attributes and 2 people can mean very different things just using that term.

Vapespeak... who can decipher it LOL.

All good except hybrid gets confusing with a hybrid mech. And where does the Siren fit in?

Yeah, it's like trying to understand what a teenager is talking about, even worse when the teen is talking about vaping.;)

I guess I'm looking for a RTDA
I have a nectar clone , but the tank doesn't come off and doesn't seem like it will hold up, but that's the style I like.
