Thanks! This was the shop that got me started vaping and off smoking, so I still feel some loyalty to them. But so much depends on the individuals working there. The first guy was awesome. He actually discouraged me from buying stuff that wasn't right for me, he'd help me with any newbie issues I was having, like flooding or whatever. He recognized me when I walked in and always greeted me. Then he left, and I think it was owner working there for a while. He was very happy to see me when I was spending money, but was absolute cr@p when it came to follow-up help. When something wasn't working as it should, he'd try placing the blame on me. "Can't unscrew the tank? Why would you want to?! There's no reason to take it apart." (A Triton v2, which one of the improvements over the V1 is that it's SUPPOSED to come apart.) Now he's gone and this new guy is there. I don't know him well enough yet, but it seemed like he was really trying to sell these particular RDAs. Maybe they were trying to get rid of them to bring in more stock or something.
