All forgiven ;)

I started building PT2 heads a couple years ago. Then I ventured into those things called RDAs. I am not super keen on dripping (don't know how y'all did it "back in the day") and prefer some amount of volume before I have to refill.

But, I can cater to my mood (and be prepared for any impending doom). I just wish I had more hands to hold all the setups I want at one time :D

We're very much aligned.

The funny thing is that now I REALLY don't get people who say, "I'll never use my {XYZ} again!" I LOVE the "changing it up" aspect, and do so on a daily basis.

Today appears to be a nautilus day (I can never predict it). Yesterday was pretty much all BVC. Rare are two days in a row that I'm doing the same thing, although it sometimes happens during the week, because the Billet Box is SO portable. But then I'll switch out at night.

If I had to pick just one, I'm not sure that I could. I truly love everything I use, and NEVER does a full week pass where everything hasn't gotten a spin day.

I've moved up a notch from what I started with and that's what I use virtually all the time (eleaf istick) and I have several in reserve. The only reason I have a stash of replaceable battery mods/rebuidable tanks is because of the impending legislation in the EU (which is now only 19 days away )

I have backups for the backups backup, internal and replaceable battery mods. Every single one of them will give me the same vape.

To clarify an earlier statement ("50% fail"), I'm not certain that is the case now. As I compare the one that worked, with the ones I can't get to, they appear to be relatively identical. The issue may well be with the user, in that I simply have difficulty trapping the screw on the side that has very little deck on its far side.

I can make them work, but it takes a LOT of effort (like a bazillion or so attempts at trapping). I, too, have big, clunky hands, and really karpy eyes.

I like the tank a lot, but it IS smaller than I usually prefer, and if I can't find a way to make it work easily, I'll probably forego it for the larger ones, with which I've no problem at all. And I didn't like the "4" at all (strictly personal preferences, one and all).

DISCLAIMER: All this is, of course, theoretical, since Kat & I are using the "KF Drop-In Coils" (or however she phrased it), as she had previously indicated.

Point being, if you're good with this stuff, IGNORE MY EARLIER STATEMENT. Buy with confidence (while I blister-pack my way to ultimate happiness).

:rickroll:

For those having trouble trapping wires on a Kayfun style deck or any deck for that matter with a flat surface. Take a small file and cut a little groove on an angle away from the screw hole. That way the wire will trap in the groove and stay there even if the coil screws are a little rounded on the bottom.

Thanks. that a great idea. I have a hard time mounting the coils.

Welp... yes. Yes, I did (lie). Please forgive? :D

I always prefer to drop-in, but gave into The Madness about six months ago. I had to try it (because of what everyone said).

Ultimately, that only made me more confused. It knocked nothing out of my lineup, and instead simply ADDED one. Just what I needed.

But at least Uncle Sam can't screw me now.
http://nypost.com/2016/05/01/why-is-the-government-out-to-destroy-vaping/

Nice catch on the NYP article, DP.

And that's really NOT madness! It's called "planning." Would be a very bad time if one got to the point of needing to build due to regs and finally running out of blister packs, and ran into problems then, with nothing to vape!!

Seems the US is finally getting some honest "press" regarding vaping, but for some States it's already too late...

As far as drop-in and vape, well, I have about a dozen KFs in regular rotation, different flavors in some, some empty but ready to fill and go. I'll run a flavor in one until it's time for cleaning (xx number of tank-fulls, depending on the flavor...), then set it aside. When I have two or three, I'll clean, dry burn and rewick them, ready for fill and go.

That's what I get for building a new character for Diablo III since Season 6 has started... pages and pages of catchup! :D

When 3F gets them on the 24hr ship list there should be a SQuape xDream and an 80W Boxer Mini coming this way...
Will be waiting on review!! :D:thumb:

Who "Me" . . .

WAIT . . . SO - "If you find talking to yourself enjoyable, actually more enjoyable than talking to other people." AND - "If someone asks "How are you?" and you actually explain your current physical & mental state to them." THEN - "You wonder why people ask you how your day was, but then they walk away before you have finished telling them?" Or - "You edit a post 6 times just for typos and spelling mistakes because you're paranoid someone will misinterpret what you say." But - "You have over 100 friends on Facebook that you have never talked to online or in person." Yet - "You're reading this thread on your iPhone while someone is trying to talk to you."

Okay - I Guess "You're" Correct - I Do Understand (but then again looking closely it really could be any one here or Ya' All ;) ) . . .

(BTW: Ya can read more of these quotes here: You Might Be An Aspie If...)
I resemble a few of those. Doesn't mean I am an Aspie, though.

I know characteristics of some sexually heterodox people that can be quite irritating. Assumption that sexually orthodox people are homophobic. Assumption that those who live essentially celibate lives need to be cured of something or other. So obsessed with their unorthodox identity that they fail to develop other interests. LOL!

MWAH HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA..... I have the SECOND KF Mini 2.1 rolling!!!!!! 28g, SS316, 9/8, 2mm with "mulleted" rayon.... Running about 0.85Ω at 12W on a Cloupie Mini+

I WIN! I WIN! I WIN!!!!!!!!

NOW, I'll be apt to channel the deck as shown above. I am leery of adapting too much because I don't want to destroy something. (Like I did to a cheap RDA I was trying to make BF  But, it *was* cheap, so I didn't feel TOO bad.)

HAPPY TOOTLER!!!!!!
I am so glad when things work out!
Congrats on using the SS316, I like the stainless more than Kanthal but at ~1/2 the resistance you have to keep that in mind. You can twist a pair of the 28g or 30g as well to give you more surface area, lower resistance and to allow for higher wattage. :vapor:

Do one deck at a time, go slowly and try out the grooves till it works for you. :thumb:

It's more expensive than FT. And, I wanted to get a "Plus" (well, 'cause I'm plus-sized mahself :D ) So, is it worth $5 to wait - I suppose it is for me.

Let me rephrase - the SXK from FT *IS* more expensive than the one at 3F, but the Plus at 3F is more expensive than FT. $30 at FT compared to $35 at 3F..... Prolly doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things
All good no matter which one you get, or get both!
Be sure to let us know how it turns out!

I don't have one, but I could just picture my new-found KF Mini 2.1 on an RX200  I have a feeling that it would take a week of constant use before I'd have to recharge the batteries!
    You'll void the warranty.
I'd kinda like to get an RX200, but refuse to because of that single idiotic reason. As long as they insist that only specific atomizers can be used without voiding the warranty, I refuse to buy one.

Whuddya mean "void the warranty"? I didn't realize you were limited on "what" you could put on an RX200

Apparently the 510 is junk, and people have damaged it and been denied warranty service for using non Joyetech atomizers.

I just converted the Kayfun Mini 2.1 over to it's Dripper mode. You remove the whole chimney and it's top cap o-ring. Only using the top tank section and cap with a large bore drip tip, it is a very flavorful vape with a twisted 28g 0.4 ohm coil at 25W.

The top one is the Dripper Mode. ;)
