I think I mighta missed something, but I can assure you that nobody in this thread was mocking you. These are some of the friendliest peeps around, and whatever was said to upset you, I'm sure it was meant as lighthearted fun, and not as mocking.

Okay so its not just me! I am soooo happy that this isnt leaking you have no idea lol. Genesis tanks never leak! Unless you lay them on their sides! Or unless you dont wick them right.
Don't have a 5, but the height of the coil over the air intake will affect flavor. And the material of the coil will as well - no telling what the factory used, kanthal, nichrome, or...
It has a single and dual airflow option, the dual provides a decent semi restrictive lung hit.
She whistles though, and it's unscrew the top cap to fill. People have re-purposed the base for Orchid's, Aqua, KFV4 etc... So it might make a good frankenatty if you don't like it stock.
Hmmm, I know "restricted lung hit" can be defined differently depending who it is, describing it, but since I know you have a Merlin, I'll compare it to that my Tube atty wide open is very close to the Merlin wide open, both of which to me are DTL, maybe very slightly restricted.
Mine also does not whistle at all, dual hole or single, possibly yours has some machining remnants some where causing partial blockage/whistling?

Airflow from least to most:
Monster V2, Monster V3, KF5, Tube.
V2/V3 are close, but V3 is noticeably more then V2, Kayfun 5 wide open is a fair bit more then a monster V3, but quite a bit less then the Tube atty.
What are you comparing it to? The Kayfun 5 is a good atomizer, not the best flavor but good. Not sure it even makes my top 10, maybe in my top 20. That may sound bad but I have somewhere North of 400 judge from.
So far I've gotten the best flavor from it with a 2.5mm SS430 .28g pulled maybe 1mm above the natural resting point of the coil. I've tried a fair number of builds in it, and so far I've not been overly impressed. Again, not saying it is bad, just not outstanding.

I'll have a look see if there is any stuff in it and compare to my Merlin's.
I do like the solid tank look, with a 26G Ti build in it right now there is no worry about juice levels.
I need to give that FT thread a good look over.
The most annoying thing about the Tube when using the included tank/cap is how much liquid is displaced by the top cap, have to be careful not to overfill or you end up with a mess.
Yea TC makes not paying attention with a steel tank worry free. I'll also add it is nice that Evolv seems to have finally nailed SS mode for their boards. Good, and bad, bad that now I have to buy a few more Evolv based mods

have you noticed my mad skills are generally with things that I don't have to draw. LOL
I just put this up on the billet box thread, my latest panels and I am so chuffed with the result. It feels great and I managed to create the button from the original cutout so the button matches and satisfies all my "Sense of order" requirements.
