Bought my very first set of batteries about six months ago from Liion. Excellent prices and fast shipping. batteries still going strong (LG and Samsung). My only complaint is they don't carry AW 18350s, but I can find those on Amazon and other places.

By the way, guys, I know efest batteries are often fakes or re-wraps (at least that's what I've read), but is there any reason to fear them if you only vape at 9 to 10 watts? I'm talking 18350s in a Provari.

I still use them Mike. Haven't had an problems with them. Not sure I'd use a subohm build with them but for regular TP they seem fine.

The board is Janky in that it's not accurate above about 100 watts which may, or may not, have to do with amp ratings. The box itself - enclosure - is kinda nice. The company is a bit hinky, but we've seen similar behavior from others, so...

Yesh... I bought one, and I kinda like it. I even bought it in orange (to match the o-rings in my TFV8 lol).

All good then, hopefully you have good luck with it.

Thanks Mike!
I'll keep them in mind for my next order.

I use quite a few efest batteries. Not my GO TO choice, of course... in my Provari and Cool fire 1 and Vamo... anything where you're not pushing the amp limits. When it comes to battery labels, aside from proven authentics, I stay below 1/2 the listed amp rating when I build.

Thanks. I recently ordered extra 18650 LG and Samsung and want a couple extra 18350 at some point. Liion has the efest 18350 button top for $3.67. Thought I'd try a couple when I decide to get a 4-bay charger.

I haven't delved into the "build to suit amp rating" part of vaping, but I can't imagine I'd ever get into trouble vaping at 9 to 10 watts, which is what I always do. On the Provari 2.5s, I vape at 3.5 to 4.0 volts.

I usually build coils from 1 to 1.8Ω.

Yeah... at 1 ohm with 4 volts you're pulling a whopping 4 amps. That's 16 watts BTW :)

I run a lot of mech mods as well as my regulated tubed and boxes, so EVERYTHING gets run through ye old calculator...

Thanks. I seldom even go with a 1Ω build on the Provari 2.5 and never lower. It doesn't like low-ohm builds. I usually go with 1.2 or higher on those.

Please be advised I know next to nothing about them other than the orange part, so this was not an endorsement. I do fully endorse the VTC Mini though and consequently assume the VTwo Mini should be just as good. Key word in that sentence being assume.:D

I have ordered way too much from FT... :w00t:

If you are just looking for the eVic Mini VTwo by itself then I would get is from Canvape or a local B&M, you are only going to save a few dollars on it from FT.

    Things about FT:
Everyone complains how slow they are, FT is not slow if you shop wisely. All my orders are 8-10 days too my door here in NS.

The most important thing is the item must be "In Stock" or "Ships Next Day". When an item has a "Restocking in XX days" status that is no guarantee that it will in fact be in stock then, I've seen that get another 7 days added and more.

If you mix In Stock and Restocking items in the same cart everything will wait until the OOS items are in and that could take weeks. This is the main reason why people complain about FT, they add OOS items to their order and then squawk that it took 2 months to get it.

The second most important thing is Upgrade Your Shipping. The Free shipping option takes 4-6 weeks guaranteed. We used to have ePacket but they will not ship a lot of things via that method to Canada anymore that way. Use DHL Global mail instead it's only a few bucks and is trackable, 8-10 days to my door with DHL mail.

On FT anything labeled "Authentic" is Authentic. Anything labeled "Style" is a clone. Do not order any batteries unless you are willing to wait ~2 months to get them in Canada, that also includes any mods with built in batteries.

Contrary to popular belief there are a lot more FAKE batteries on Amazon and eBay than you will find on FT. I get my batteries from Lightning Vapes, they cost a little more than other US battery vendors but, ship to Canada for cheap and are 1/2 the price of my local B&M or other online Canadian vendors like Canvape.

A wise shopper gets their Chinese products promptly.

Oh look, the midnight shift shipping department staff have arrived at FT. :D

    ^^^ :) :) :) ^^^^

Loads of great info, TD. Thank-you! Ding schooled me on the mixing of "In Stock" and "Stocking in XX Days" etc. rules. Very helpful.

Thanks for taking the time to help out.

    Cheers!

Really depends on where you get them from, I got my HG2's for $10CAD each and that was after shipping and conversion. The local B&M's want anywhere from $15-$20 + 15% sales tax here, ordering from a Canadian online vendor will have shipping added to that as well unless you make a $150 order.

All I can say is I got a different result. Unless I was on the wrong site or you had a coupon or volume discount.

I've used a few efest 2500mah batteries for my low wattage vaping for a year with no problem at all.I've since switched over to samsung's because of their higher 3000 mah for the longer run time.

HaHa LOL... Mine are in Florida - about 350miles away, but it will be a good excuse to visit and while now some of them are only 10 or 11 yrs old - they will be a teen looking for cash by the time I need coils rebuilt... :):D:w00t::lol::lol::lol:

Probably why I don't see "mine" as often over the years - Since I never had the money they want/ed . . . However, the majority of the older ones (40-50 yo's) make a heck of a lot more then I ever did (a couple earn 6 figures+) so I definitely won't get to see them . . . ;)

Hey Uncle, Long time no see. Hope your doing good... :)

As well as can be expected right now - after the "Quintuple Bypass" I had back in the beginning of February, I am still trying to get back on "My" feet and get into the swing of things so to say . . .
