The front panel will pop right off. There is a tab at the top, bottom and two in the middle. I just used a thin needle to get in there to pop the tabs out. The up/down/fire buttons stay connected to the faceplate so no worries there. Then you have full access to the insides. The charger board pulls right out with two wires connected. And to upgrade you just desolder the old one and solder in the new one pretty easy. If I remember right the port is off a little from the stock one but I was still able to get it mounted no problem thru the hole in the faceplate.

Yeah I don't know what drives Norbert, he did not go to the Jony Ive school of ID...
I like the look of 19/22, dated as it is. It's like the illegitimate love child of FeV & Taifun.
We'll see what kind of job those boys under the floor boards did copying a $160 RTA.
GSV designs are still my favorite for industrial looking RTA's, too bad one can't get a GSV Arnold clone anymore...
Speaking of Norbert, you've seen his new mod. Such a Deal at $499, looks like something he got his brother in law to print out on a Maker Bot. It has to be a prototype...

I want to get my hands on a DNA60 small screen to replace the DNA30 on my RedSkyMods Squonker. Can't find them anywhere and Evolv has an 8 week turn around.

I'm sipping a lovely Grandmaster clone. I do think I'm going to wander to my She-Shed and tap some homemade hooch from one of my bourbon barrels. Got a couple of coils to rebuild and maybe give the rayone a try
