Been quiet over here. Our entire state lost power yesterday for 5 hours (extreme weather event) and more expected today.

Dinner by candle light. We knew it was coming so all the batteries were charged early. GT is still flooded and without power, mallee finally got a hot cuppa at 1.30 this morning.
Stay safe and dry!

I don't really "like" this, but I'm hoping all are o.k. Sending blessings and hopes for quick recoveries.

There are a lot worse off than us and it's fingers crossed for today,

I don't think I have ever seen an entire state loose all power. It happened when mini cyclones ripped out some major transmission towers up north (near GT) and even the city was shut down,

Lots of great stories about people helping each other out and it restores my faith in humanity.

Mebbe.....

I have a couple of box mods that have very close tolerances for the battery. I used to mark my batteries and then cover with a strip of clear tape - but even just that small extra bit on the diameter made them too snug.

My original eVic 11 watt was like that.

Just wondering if anyone has had a problem with the Hana Modz One Mod with the ohms not staying constant? It keeps changing, was doing it a lot with the Naut X (which is working fine on the Pico at the moment), but the dripper that was on the Pico has started to move around on the ohms on the One Mod. Not a lot, the Naut X is a 1.8Ω coil but would read from 1.87Ω to 2.15Ω, but on the Pico is 1.87Ω or 1.88Ω. Just wondering if there might be a problem with the DNA40 board?

With the DNA boards, they read the current ohms. So when you vape it will show it getting warmer and it will go down as it cools. Did you lock in the resistance?

EDit: Just realized your using a non TC coil. But I believe it still shows the actual resistance as you vape.

If you have one do this for me, bump the power button, not fire it, just bump it. Mine changes Ω's every time on the One Mod. Currently reading from 1.93 to 2.13. May go up, or may go down, no rhyme nor reason, it is just different than any other mod I have used, but I never had a DNA40.

I've not had mine jump around that much. I had a 1.5ohm coil that would meander from about 1.46-1.55 on my ONE...

And, to @Katdarling, I just "thwacked" the batteries from the 2-cell bay to drop them into my charger. Wasn't terribly hideous to get them out ;)

I'm a Un-One but I do have other DNA 40 devices. Try double checking you post screws if your using a rebuildable atty and make sure that they are snug. Also check to make sure that your 510 pin on your atty is snug as well. The DNA will notice any differences.

Checked mine just now, for you, Burns. No change whatsover in the ohmage department. I think LJF's suggestions might be something to consider.

Not hideous? That's a GOOD thing! You're a professional thwacker now, Dings.

(You DO let your batts rest before and after charging, yeah?)

Nautilus X, prebuilt coils (and I only have one, more on order ), nothing to snug. But I am running the same Nautilus X on the Pico right now, reads 1.87Ω every time I look, so I don't think it is the Nautilus X that is the problem.

Gotcha. Have you tried another atty on it to see if that one changes resistance?
