That is just the meters, internal resistance and so on, they're there to keep you safe. They would give you a ballpark measurement, the really accurate ones are waaaay above my pay grade.

And probably not absolutely necessary

Okay, revisiting a previous question: we know Signature flavor is actually TFA, but are these flavors known as anything else?

Heron v2 looks like. They offer an air flow resister now and if you don't want to get it I'd grab some 3->2 prfe tubing off Amazon and make your own. You will prefer the vape by a landslide. I can also offer you some build advice. That is probably my favorite tank or top two or three for sure. And I've experimented a ton with jt. The first thing is to get the air flow reduced. I'll paste a link in a back here to the gp part. Are you in the USA or U.K. ? You have a couple options for the authentic part but he ptfe tubing works just as well.

This is a hell of a tootle puffers setup

The gp spheroid / piccoloid with 31 gauge six wraps at 1.8 throws out so much dense vapor its shocking. Off a 14500 battery even. 31 is a pain to work with. It breaks easily and you have to be careful working the cotton or rayon through. Its is quite a bit better than 32 while still giving the instant response and quick sense vapor.

29 gauge is my favorite to work with on my tootle gear...I find it easier to work with while still performing well.

That's my go to in most other devices but the vapor output from
The 31 specifically in the spheroid tank makes it worth moving to from
The 29. The odd gauges are definitely better than the even to me. Same with the quarter mm wrap sizes. I love 2.25 coils. Vs 2 or 2.5. Best of both worlds like 29 is for 28/30

Why are these reading differently?

I just built a coil that showed me .44 until
I pulsed it with power it then it settled on .95. Sometimes the various wires don't reflect accurately because here are hot legs or spots. You really want to pulse a couple couple of times and or take the spine of the coil with a small screwdriver. Like running a finger down piano keys.

So now I'll ask for suggestions on devices with replaceable batteries that won't break the bank.
I really should've bought more of those $20 pro varis!

(Am somewhat behind...so you may have already made a decision...)

SBODY Macro...sold for $59.99...now $29.99 (free shipping)..."world's smallest DNA 40 device"...

Its size, weight, fire button, hand comfort and 18650 swapping ease are, to me, superior to the PICO (my previous favorite 18650 Mod)...

Macro

..

Don't know about the watermelon, but the WL EM is the same as Cotton Candy. :)

I had not realized just how tiny that was... I may need one! I'm all about low key, discreet, non-attention attracting devices.

Any thoughts on build quality, performance, etc?

You said you prefer pen-style mods…I do too. I asked the same question a few months ago and other than provaris no one came up with anything. Of coyrse by now this may have changed.

Every time I look it seems there are lots of pen-style mech mods. Why is that?

I prefer tube styles too...been looking for a good 20 or 40 watt, 22 mm diameter
18350 or 18500 that's not a light saber.

We probably don't see too many cause it's easier to cram all the electronics into a box. lol
