I would not get that scale... only measures down to single grams. You want one that goes down to a hundredth of a gram (0.01).

At least Amazon is awesome about returning and refunds. I don't have to worry if it doesn't work out.

Yup that's the one. Comes with calibration weights and with a common ac adapter plugged in (not incl) will never turn off or you can use batteries. Read the reviews. Most are diying eliquids. The screen shutting off in 10 or 30 seconds is frustrating. Not a deal breaker but a pita. All scales need periodic calibrating and the fact this comes with what the manufacture uses is nice. Assures accuracy more than most. This one, the AWS LB-501?

I'm telling you, don't get it. It's the same accuracy as the scale you got already.
The AWS LB-501 is the scale people in the "mixing by weight" thread are talking about... it weighs down to 0.01 grams.

Been using this to mix my juices for a couple years. Works for me.I would not get that scale... only measures down to single grams. You want one that goes down to a hundredth of a gram (0.01).

So...is the 2nd scale(the one from eBay) the poster in that thread mentioned a better scale than the one from Amazon?
I've been interested in mixing by weight for quite awhile since I generally mix 1000 to 1200 mls at a time so I always have some of my favorites steeping.
I've been together, now, with The Wife for 17 years. The Wife is written that way because we have no papers... we're just together, and happy for it.
The one from eBay is the one I wound up getting. It was only a little more, free shipping and I could use PP so I went with it. It won't be here until next week and I have to do a little mixing this weekend so I'll have to do it the old fashioned way.I just went back and skimmed quickly again... the OP is using the LB-501 scale from Amazon and others claim it worked good. However, I saw a little further down that the OP says the SF-400D scale from eBay is better.
I'm going to poke through reviews some more and see if I can make some sense of which one to buy.

Does anyone have any tips for getting screws unstuck?
Should I try adding e juice or the freezer?

Heat, cold, impact, drill press, easy out. Depends on what's stuck and how it is stuck.

Err, there are two screws there. I'll assume it's the one screwed down that you can't unscrew? The Philips head looks intact, so you might try a touch of WD40, let it settle in for a while, and see if that unbinds it (but if it works obviously wash really well before returning it to service).
You could try putting it in the freezer for a few hours, tap on it lightly with a small hammer or wrench, and maybe some penetrating oil. Make sure you are using the proper size philips screwdriver that is in perfect shape so you can get the most torque on it. If you take the positive post out and remove insulators, you could even try heating it a little (carefully!). If that doesn't work, it will probably have to be drilled out. This screw is stuck
