Unfortunately, cartos are disposable and are becoming very hard to find.

I KNOW! Just the other day, I was looking in my stash for my lifetime collection..............

@Skold Without a tank cartos just keep getting dryer & dryer with every puff. That's why so many didn't like them. When we discovered that we could make them work in a "map tank", (made for CE2s) the whole carto world changed.

Carto tanks are what kept me vaping and not returning to the stinkies......I still have my carto punches.....the hammer and nail almost did me in, lol.....I remember going to plumbing supplies at home depot and getting those refrigerator water line punch 'things' before someone made the cartos punches....can't remember what those were called tho.

Tap valve, I think? Was it something like this one?

No, it had a t-shape valve you would turn and a pointed nail(for lack of better term) would come out of the shaft and punch a small hole in water line for the ice maker on refrigerators. The place to put the carto was approx the same width as the water line so it hooked on in order to make the hole.....

I know,,,it will come to me at about 4am and waken my from my sleep.....lol
Saddle valve ---and its not even 4am.....


These are the carto punches still sold today. Mine was boxed shape and you fit the carto into it.

In order to use a cartomizer inside of a tank we needed a way for the juice to get inside the cartomizer. Vapers discover by punching a small hole in the carto and placing inside of a tank that you have way more juice fed to carto without the carto going dry. Its like the one in @tj99959 pic.

Vapers have been driving the ecig market not China.
