Or i can get them to vape like an aerotank which is almost good enough for me.
I cut off a piece of a thicker o-ring and put it in one of the holes on the bottom contact of the Mini rba Plus that came with the toptank mini (same or similar to the subtank mini rba I believe). It tightened up the draw nicely without whistling.

I used one of these silicone spacers but I imagine a drip-tip o-ring could work if you have any lying around.

Can you believe I've *never* had an energy drink? I left the US before energy drinks became a thing, and haven't had any since they appeared here across the big water, just because I don't drink soft drinks generally, and don't need energy, apparently. So when I see that something is supposed to be flavored like an energy drink, I draw a blank. I just figure it tastes "red"?

Red Bull tastes medicinal - like cough medicine. I don't understand at all how people can enjoy it.

T for Texas!
Actually, I enjoyed both those things from the get go.
Exactly, and I'm sure there are those who liked energy drinks from the beginning and those for whom it is an acquired taste.

Do this experiment... drink 2 red bulls everyday for the next 6 weeks... I bet you acquire a taste for them ;)

Another one for the clr list - the dvarw e tank. 5 or 2ml and stainless steel tank available too (if comes back in stock).

Not cheapest, but 8 air holes so versatile and so far is working very well (only 1 tank through so far).

Looks pretty sweet, kates! I've added it to the "spreadsheet". ;)

All this talk about lubing o-rings…I've never done that. Should I be?

Lubing O-rings is one of those "lubing is subjective" things. PG/VG on the O will cause it to swell. That might be swell, but if your tank is tight, it might not be swell.

I have lubed up some tanks, but only those that I'm taking out of rotate for awhile (extended period of time, such as my gorgeous karto tanks).

So, in the end, advice? Dunno! Have at it, if you feel so inclined. And have a swell time, dear one.

Growing up in Greece there were no energy drinks or soda drinks so I never acquired a taste for either. We drank lemonade when we wanted a flavored drink. At that time it was not illegal for kids to drink them and most of us grew up having wine occasionaly.

Two red bulls every day for 6 weeks and I'll bet your sleep pattern is all messed up.;)

Not if you haven't had any problems getting things to... (insert, align, attach, connect, etc..)

But if you DO, lube 'em up!!! :D

Yep, depends on the tank. Those that use the o-rings against the inside of the glass, might be a good idea. The chimney o-ring on my KFs gets lubed with the juice de jour when I assemble, other o-rings on KFs don't need it at all.

First it was taste, now touch. What next? Is someone going to try to say that smell is subjective too?

Pretty much all our senses are subjective, aren't they? Ask a peace officer about eye witness accounts! :w00t:

Touch... my wife likes hot showers, so do I. But hers are about 20 degrees hotter.

Some people like the smell of, say, gardenias. Some don't. More to the point, one of my ADV mixes I really love the smell of (and taste, obviously, or it wouldn't be on the ADV list ;) ). Wife can't stand the honey component of it. So, yes, smell is subjective. After all, it's the same flavorings, just different noses.

Not to mention music.... I like today's kids' music just as much as my parents liked mine :2c:

I've recently overcome my addiction to energy drinks. Feels good not to be a slave to the caffeine rush!

I'm pretty sure you are not correct due to the fact that I have had to take Nyquil for a significant period time and it became progressively more difficult to choke it down - where just thinking about tasting it made me nauseous.

5 hour energy is preferable because it is one shot that can be consumed in one swallow.

The first beer I ever had was a delicious double bock. I was exposed to constant 2nd hand smoke since conception so I was quite primed to take up smoking without difficulty.
