I pretty much stick to my basic black delrin tip. They never seem to break while all the cool resin ones seem to snap on the first drop, typically on the first day.
I hadn't had my first Ming tip for one day before I broke it! Since then, I've bought lots of SS drip tips as they don't break and I'm clumsy!
Hubby tried one of my setups with an acrylic pawn and told me how much he liked it. So I put my one single black Ming on his setup... He broke it in a few hours.
So I bought him a couple of these... Chrome 510 ecig vase driptip
Shorty kayfun arrived today and I set it up for the hubby. I really like it too! I guess I'll order a few more of those. Doggy arriving Friday, I think.
Metal tips are not, nor ever have been my faves. Cold in the winter, and just "cold". Having said that, I do have some that are kwite nice. Today, this one, which is similar to a couple I have, was brought to my attention by a delightful Texan who inhabits our thread.
Pretty sweet, and definitely reasonably priced. Space pod/Gemini.

Yes, that is one of my XVOstickies, and the wrap is a Jwrap. Huge kudos to Alon and his company for making some pretty spectacular stuff all these years. Like you, there's no way I'd attempt to cut prints out and hope that they'd look ok!! Not crafy, I.
Speaking of Mings...... I think some of you (at least Chelsbee and me) got the Kai Vapors "Cherry Vape" Mings on a special about a month or so ago. Welp, I do believe they are Cherry Vape WANNA BEs, and so I'm now calling my few Cherry Fakes.

i use the KFL+v2 DT.
it has tiny holes and is designed in a way that let's you feel where it starts an ends.
and it has two o-rings.

@Katdarling Why do you think those Cherry vapes tips were fake? I ordered some of those too and some from another place. Your post made me go look and compare them all...I don't see a difference. What am I looking for to determine fake?

Is that ALL the "junk" you have? That amount of junk would get lost in all the junk I've got.
Welp, Riplea, it appears to me that the material (acrylic?) is just kwite a bit inferior to the real CV tips. They looks less translucent, more cloudy, not shiney, and have rougher general feel. It COULD be that they're just unpolished. I dunno.
Here are some pics. The real CVs are on the left, alongside the same color purchased at Kai's.
Some may be more obvious than others, but I think you'll see what I mean.
