Nap successfully completed! Upon waking, I headed straight to the pile of vape mail that arrived while I was gone.

Wow!

There is a Taifun BT clone, a Pharaoh rta, a Digiflavor Siren 25, and these... bet ya never guess where they came from...

Wondering why my pico just said "atomizer low" (using a STM RBA) while my iStick has no problems firing it. What gives?

my pico acts up all the time. tells me I have a short or atomizer low, when my DMM and other mods tell me different. I think I need a firmware update. turning it off and taking out the battery seems to fix it for awhile. mine also doesn't change resistance( as in switch atomizers) until i take the battery out.

I've never done a firmware update as I'm afraid I'll mess something up. Am I just being paranoid? Or is there a chance that something could go wrong?

Firmware updates are easy with the iStick line. Plug it in, run the software, unplug. If anything should go amiss, repeat the process.

i dunno. I've never done an update on a mod. I do a lot of stuff like that for work, so I assume it'll be ok. lol. plus you seem more intelligent than "the masses", and companies need to make this as easy possible so they don't get a bunch of complaints about bricked units going bad during updates.

I'll do it tonight when the kiddos go to bed and let you know!

I have to take my demerits for falling behind. Sorry all. Consider your posts liked ;)

I received my two coppervape skyline clones today. As far as clones go it's about as 1:1 as you can get. Down to the ball bearing in the afc. As for the tank. It's too early to really know if it supersedes anything. I am experimenting with different air discs and builds and I haven't nailed a combo that sets me alight just yet. But I expect to. The flavor seems good but density is lacking for me and hat boils down to the air discs. I'm sure I'll find the right one

If any of you are curious about the skyline and don't want to spend $200 on one I can say the clone quality is very very good. They clearly had one in hand and didn't make it from pictures as cloners often do. The machining is very good and tolerances are super tight.

I haven't held the authentic but I have a hard time imagining that it's much better than the clone. As far as clones go this is probably the highest quality I've had yet and blows away any of he kayfun clones I tried. Speaking in terms of machining and tolerances.

I would recommend anyone here pay the extra $5 to get all the air discs. That's really the heart of this atomizer.

Where'd you buy the clone?

I swear it is! This is what I used. Maybe it's just the angle of the pic...?

Where'd you buy the clone?

I bought it from coppervape directly. I bought two of them and opted for the racket shipping which was $12 and arrived in 6 days. The total for

Two clones -$19/ea
Two spare glass tanks $.80/each I think
Two pei drip tips-$1 each ish
Two sets of 8 air discs $5/ea
Shipping - $12
$x - paypal fee

Was $65 shipped for everything. You can email Serena@coppervape.com and she will send you s price sheet and then you paypal it over. I wouldn't bother paying for the dhl shipping for one or two of these things. The epacket arrived very well packed and in a timely fashion.

Gear best is in stock but I think will wind up being more expensive than coppervape directly. It's pending on a few more sites but again you want the air discs. Make sure wherever you order from you get the full set not just the two that come with it.
