In this house we go through a few carafes every year.I keep hitting the side of the sink when cleaning them and ...oops! :)
We never have to get new carafes... with the amount if coffee we drink, we burn out the machines at least once a year, and we have three in operation. We always have a couple three old carafes tucked away...

Yes I've been trying out some coffee vapes lately. They can have very similar qualities of tobacco. Dark / little bitter and slightly sweet. Tiramisu sounds good.
Yes, and kinda comforting.
No one else is interested in my vape gear other than my TP friends here! Which is a shame because I get SO excited about vaping!
Exactly.

Same here. I started saving them when the machines die after I broke one carafe.

We have the same problem. Now I get pretty nice Cuisinart coffee makers from Lowes with the 3 year service agreement for $12. When they die they give us a new one.

We've only done it once each - I'd put the pot on a bit skew-whiff so the coffee missed the entry point but my husband hadn't put the pot there at all - but we're not that young any more :D
I'm clumsy, I tried doing a build today an snapped my wire hahaha!

I fessed up to the hubby about my Jac purchase... :p Since it's our anniversary today I thanked him for the present.

BTW: Except for one difference - "My" sister does the same with her husband concerning the presents he gives her every year . . . The difference is, she goes into a store (usually jewelers) a few weeks before the event - picks out approximately 6 items she wants - lets him know where he NEEDS to go - then he goes to store and gets something she picked out to give to her . . . So - She is never disappointed and always gets just the right gift - no returns/exchanges . . . ;)

The Wife builds an Amazon shopping cart, and shares it... each of us then pitch in to complete the purchase :)
