T for Texas!
my wife asks me why I read a lot...she likes the "reality" TV shows.
My local library is part of the North Texas digital library.. I can download any book in the digital library to my Kindle. Love it and have downloaded dozens and dozens.

Well...
<raises hand sheepishly>
Though to be fair I actually did LOVE it, I just hated building it. Had such a hard time getting the legs short enough to avoid a short that I decided not to try a second time. I may not have given it a fair shake tbh, but to me it was too much hassle. I'll have to dig through my stash, and if I didn't pif it (I think I might have but can't recall for sure) then I'll give it another try this weekend.

When I first got my Serpent Mini and went to build I found it a HUGE pain in the .... getting the wire aligned with the set screw. It took a bunch of attempts and a pair of magnifying eyeglasses to get it right. Once I got it going I found it a nice atomizer that works really well.Definitely more air flow than with a kayfun Lite,I'll grab the Serpent Mini when I wanna chuck a few big bigger clouds.:)

When recoiling now it'll still snag me up every now and again but not nearly as bad as when I first got it.

+1 for the Serpent Mini!

I’d offer to sell you my back one but shipping to the ui would make it a worthless proposition. Unless it was sent uninsured which isn’t a good idea. It’s a great device. I just never use it anymore.

I still appreciate it thanks :)

Me neither. It is a fact that plastic leeches chemicals especially when heated and since there are a vast number of glass tanks (too many as you said earlier) to choose from i dont see the point. I actually gave an acrylic bell cap a shot and i tasted plastic.
I know what you mean I was that way with the nebox!

how 'bout one that got passed over (kinda)

I like it as it vapes pretty darn good, AND also, it has a LARGE selection of coils available for it...

the Melo 3 MINI (not nano)

my fav part is you can get the way-cool Eleaf ECR RBA coil for it - but better yet is the Anyvape Sega RBA (also Triton RBA works but kinda a hassle)

& look at the list of COILS that can be used in the Melo 3

Been catching up & came across this, it's not a bad tank. Didn't know it had an RBA though! Must look into this :)

Rain, I think it was T Tex (was it you, @ToolmanTexas?) who recommended some better KF screws that are available on Amazonia. I got a small baggie of them, but have never tried them.

I got some screws for Lemos a couple of years back. One of my blue KFL's was missing a screw, or I dropped it while I was cleaning them. I tried a Lemo screw and it worked.

I replaced the screws in my Lemos but didn't realise they fitted KFL's. I'll replace them as well down the road.

They are M1.6 X 3mm, SS, Cheesehead. From McMaster. They are flat on the underside, which makes it easier to trap the wires. Slot head rather than Phillips so less likely to strip.

my mod accidentally fired in my pouch in TC the nautilus bvc coil,
i don't know for how long, but the smell in the tank was horrible.
so obviously i through the coil and liquid away,

do you think it had some effects on the 18650 battery, something i should be concerned with?

Battery is probably ok. You've not said what mod, but most regulated ones will time out, shut off, then restart. The electronics should have prevented any harm to the battery.

But do remember to turn the device off in the future :)

I did see that sale but I'm not allowed to buy anything until we get past the first of the month bills :nah:

I have 2 FT KF v3 minis that would be ok to use but they short out All The Time. I can't be certain but I feel like the deck screws hang over too far and touch the chimney. They've just been sitting in the rack of discarded attys because they frustrate me. I feel like if I found screws with smaller heads I could make those attys work.

Have you checked the positive post.

Keep up? Does anyone actually do that? I just randomly pick one of the pages I missed, quote a couple people, then move to the last page. That way everyone thinks I was keeping up.;)

Just learn to speed read.
