I always read reviews with a grain of salt. Even the most raved about products have been disappointing when they arrived. I decided that my sense of asthetics and routine of use differs from a lot of people and the only way to decide was to see one in RL. Hold and vape. If its not right then that just becomes the cost of education. So at that price its worth the cost of education to see if it fits your style.

Yeah. True enough. This would be my carry around vape though. It has to be rugged.

Ah...the advantages of being a tootle puffer. My dual battery box mod has been reading as basically dead for IDK how long and still firing my NautX with no problem. I guess I'll go ahead and change these batteries out, lol.

Cheaper on Eliquid as well. :p

I have been playing with TC recently. I have my tank wide open but with a restrictive drip tip. It's pretty nice. I can MTL or DTL that way and the flavor is incredible. That's what is really, really making me want to get a pipe mod.

Sadly........Rugged seems to have a trade off in weight.
Not necessarily true. The Aspire Archon is aluminum and plastic... it's light light light, but quite sturdy. I mean, don't hit it with a 9 iron, but...

Another is the Heatvape Invader, and there was another... sinilar to the Crebox and about the same vintage...

Rugged doesn't have to be heavy ... if you remove those pesky, fragile electronics ;)

Heh. I get you. I like to control my Wattage/Temp though. I will say that the Aurora and the EVOD Pro are pretty nice. I put 1.0 Ohm atomizers in the EVOD Pro and it gives me a satisfying vape through the life of the battery. Flavor is not so great though. I usually load it with a strong tobacco juice. It's pretty durable. I did break the plastic drip dip. I dropped it funny and the thing spun out of my hand, landed right on the drip tip while spinning. On a hard surface. But I got a new aluminum drip tip and it works great.

I have the Evod pro with the removable battery an the Evod pro V2 with internal battery. The V2 us a pain though, takes 8 hours too charge but both are pretty solid :)

I tend to stay away from mods with built in batteries and the Pro was perfect for me. I do like the options that the V2 allows, but the removable battery is what made the choice for me. I got it for $18.95 so I feel like I made out like a bandit. I have a little Ego carrying case that lets me carry around the mod, an extra battery in a silicone sleeve, a 30 ml Gorilla bottle, the charging cord, and an extra atomizer. It's shorter than a checkbook wallet so I can put it in my lunchbox.

Looks nice. I want a pipe that takes an 18650 and offers TC. I don't really have a reason to get another mod, but my fingers are getting itchy.
Does that mean you have a nice stash put away for the Dark Ages? If you dont you might want to think about that while we are still able to stock up at decent prices.
