Oh wow. I just remembered something I did to two of my kids one year. The two younger ones were around 10 years old and New Year's Day fell in the middle of the week. I had gone to work very early that day and had to be back in the next morning. So when they weren't paying attention I set the clocks back three hours (we live on the West Coast). Right before 09:00 PM I turned the TV over to the ball dropping in New York and pretended it was Midnight. They went nuts, made noise, then went to bed and passed out immediately. It worked so well I did it again twice in a rwo. Then they figured it out. Man, were they ...... at me, lol.
I used to buy generic cereal and fill name brand boxes

My younger daughter used to think that the world was black and white at one time until we managed to invent color, because I had them watch so many old movies when they were little. She turned to me one day and asked me what it was like to be black and white, and when we came up with this whole color thing.
I really missed the boat on this because it came at me when I wasn't expecting it and I laughed for a good five minutes or so. I could have made up a great story.
My kids are smart... they asked me why old painting were in color. I told 'em that artists were crazy... showed 'em paintings by Heironymous Bosch and Picasso to prove it... told 'em some just got lucky...

So fwiw I was looking inside the bixer at how to remove the 510 because it has horrible machine oil taste. I turned the "collar" and it flat gel

So the boxer bottom feed :
Arrived scratched
Part fell off
Horrible machine oil throughout the 510
I have to pay rerun shipping if I want to exchange it (this sounds petty but if an ten is defective the vendor should be sending a label.
Especially when it's a $150 3D printed mod that why're making 5000% on at least.
They've also changed materials from the old classic style and this feels flat out like plastic. It doesn't have that fabric like feeling to it which really cheapens the overall feel.
I'm extremely disappointed with this unit and I was really looking forward to it.
I'm disappointed that ginger vaper clearly in their rush to get caught up on preorders obviously let their standards drop drastically and that they won't send a label which I think is only right. Now I have to pay 10% of the price to get it exchanged so there goes my preorder savings.
Overall this is a real bummer and I can't recommend it. Additionally I won't the preordering anything from ginger again. They'll have to have things in stock where I know they're not rushed trying to fill orders. Honestly I'll probably not buy more boxer stuff. It's time to try the rebel mods for 3D printed.
I've asked them if I can just return it. I don't even want to exchange at this point.

I cannot say they are a horrible company. They’ve taken good care of me in the past. However this experience was very lackluster. They obviously took far too many orders and didn’t do nearly enough quality checking and cleaning before sending the product. I am not alone in my problems, my friend has aside from external damage also the spinning collar and a bad machine oil taste. I’m disappointed they wouldn’t elect to send a return label as I don’t believe it should be a customer’s responsibility to pay return shipping on a defective item. Ginger did offer to exchange the item without question though, so that’s something, but they shouldn’t be going out like this. Everyone is entitled to a mistake here and there and I won’t boycott them or anything but it’s definitely an event which sours my opinion if the vendor.

LOL...I was thinking the exact same thing/song!
I have some cinnamon juice that no matter how much I thin it down will make the tank smell and taste of that juice even after more than one wash...I think it even ruined an 0 ring but not positive on that.
I've retired that juice .... too bad I like lil bit of cinnamon every now and again.
