Under the eyes of the law everyone is (or should be) equal. In a society though everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. I was raised a certain way. I have also developed my own moral code as I have aged, through experience and exploration. This includes the concept that those who possess much have an obligation to share with those who are in need, those who have wisdom have an obligation to share it, those who are emotionally tough have an obligation to offer support to those who are going through hard times, those who are physically strong have an obligation to protect people who are being bullied. This is, in part, what I consider being a "good" person. As much as I endorse the idea of of males and females being treated equally in the eyes of the law the biological fact is that males tend to be physically stronger than females. A good man takes that into account and adjust his behavior accordingly. An evil man takes advantage of that, and perpetrates evil. Screw that. Even the playing field.
