Man TwoBears, I wish we'd talked more about this stuff in person! Inducted (without my consent really) into Science of Spirituality by Sant Rajinder Singh Ji, he's a rather well known Indian Mystic but that pathway was too hard. Spent some time as a Sufi as well, there are a jillion sects, but I learned some neat stuff.

Though frankly, I found it most helpful of all to have my Own Creator and a Personal Relationship. I find the spiritual writings quite helpful, but I don't love "organized" religions, I suppose it's my rebellious nature, but I did learn Very Many Helpful things from my time spent there. It's really neat to hear you talking about your own experiences. Maybe next time, eh?

brute force and ignorance does work sometimes

My punched holes in my cartos for cartotanks deform the carto to such a point that I sometimes have to use a hammer to insert them. I am thinking of using the cutting wheel on my dremel to make vertical slits in them.

How's about some laser punched kartos? I was SOOOOOOOOO grateful when these hit the market. Back in the very early days, I actually used a hammer and nail to punch the holes.

To fill, push the carto up from the bottom. That way you can push the carto farther out of the way before the deformity becomes a problem.

@tj99959 Thank you. Got a saddle valve for $10 at Ace. Dang, that puppy is sharp! It works much better. I ended up tossing the carto I did with my dremel-- but may try it again.
