I've been running one of my KF lite's without the plastic window for a lil over a month now (I guess I over tightened and stripped the threads). When it gets low on juice I can tell as the vape gets thin and anemic...time for a fill up! Surprisingly I have yet to burn/scortch the cotton wick.:)

I can send you a couple if you need them.

The "All Watched Threads" screen seems to be unchanged...

It lists the "UNREAD" threads at the top (ranked by most recent post)...followed by the threads I watch but am "caught up" with...

(I tried using the "Unread Watched Threads" screen but...say today I find a GREAT deal on a Pico...there have been NO posts on the "Pico thread" since 2/8... I can scroll down to it and easily post my find in its thread)...

For some reason it doesn't come up on my phone. So I waited to switch until I got home.

So it turns out that I've always had the E-cigarette forum view but now it has the blue lettering. It looks very much like in the ECF view only the ECF view the font size is much smaller…too hard to read for older eyes

Hello Tootle Puffers !!!...I did a little brewing this morning so I thought I'd stop by and see how everybody's doing...I hope everyone is well...Today was 'Sticky Bun & Bear Claw'...Tomorrow I've got 2 new concoctions I've been meaning to try...'Peanut Butter Twix & Toffee Caramel Cupcake'...Sounds about right for me ehhh ??? :D
A bit :offtopic: but I thought I'd give you a glimpse of where my mind has been lately...Just in the past few days I'm finally at the preliminary stage of laying 'Track' for the mighty
Blue Rock Railroad...It's a slow process by necessity as any small errors that get missed and built in by mistake are nothing but trouble...Normally requiring disassembly and the Ol' Re-Build...Not Fun...

Hello Good Sir :)...And you've been busy yourself as well...Hope everything's going well...I'm shooting for the first full 'Test' by St. Patrick's Day but I think April 1st might be more realistic...But I'm not pushing anything as there's way to much time invested not to slow down and do it to the best of my ability...CYA...Trig :D

You can't just give the name of the recipe. We need details.

Thanks David & Corn Flakes...
I have around 8 KF lites and 3 KF 3.1 ESs ( backups for backups :) )So I do have plenty of spares.
After I stripped the plastic window I decided to go full metal just for the heck of it.

Have one local vaping bud (yep, I got him hooked!) who runs his KFs full metal. Then again, he vapes some known tank crackers, although I'm not sure they'd actually attack the windows.

All mine are either windowed or full clear (or colored) M5, as I prefer to see the level. But I never take the metal ends off the window, so have only lost one in the 4+ years I've been using them. I just leave the 3 piece tank as a single part when taking them down for cleaning, don't see a need to separate those pieces.

Likewise. I can't see a downside to leaving the tank in one piece for cleaning. Don't know what would happen after a few years if you do take them apart. Maybe everything gets locked in place and the gasket is glued to the metal and plastic parts. But it would do more damage to take them apart once a week anyway.

Actually I never took mine apart either :) I had wrapped some (wider than the window) cellophane tape over the window so I wouldn't accidently unscrew the darned thing by accident (as I do with all my kayfuns). It'd been taped like that for a very long, long while.I ended up taking it apart as I had noticed some seepage from under the cellophane.I took the tape off and gave it a little extra turn to tighten and ended up with it coming apart.Upon close inspection I did notice very shallow threads on the plastic piece when comparing with some of my others.

Now that they are available, I need to order some more 3.4cm M tanks for replacements down the road. Probably a slew of them. I much prefer to keep my toppers as lightweight and large capacity as possible.

I can't tell what the box is made of? It looks kinda pretty though...?? When (and how) is it going to be your next mod?

Anna
It’s powdercoated aluminum, chameleon blue/purple sparkle. I have a mad scientist friend who builds regulated mods and he’s helping me make it. I’m paying for all the parts and he’s doing the drilling and wiring and putting it all together.
