I really love making telemarters and scammers hang up on me, LOL.

I was getting 2-8 scammer/telemarketing home phone calls a day...

I set-up Nomorobo...took about 2-4 minutes to register...and is FREE for landlines...

Now...I'm bothered by ZERO junk calls/day...

The phone rings once so that Nomorobo can recognize the caller's number...(and if you have something like Verizon's pop-up Caller ID on your TV it will appear briefly)...then just "goes away"...

In 6 months it's had NO "false positives" and NO "false negatives"...

Stop robocalls and telemarketers with Nomorobo

Sadly, my carrier, Windstream which still uses AG Bell's original equipment, is not compatible.

Well, I got vape Mail today, including 6 more 24mm. (At Eight vape's price, those 6 were less than the cost of 2 cartons of smokes!) So my Berserker "stash" is finally complete with the colors and sizes of each that I wanted. Can you tell I really love this tank? :D

By the way, if anyone uses the Kanger OCC NiCr coils in 0.5 ohms...you might want to check EightVape for them. You'll be very pleasantly surprised at the terrific price per box of 5! :)

Not a cloud fan, either, partly because I really have zero confidence in the "security" any of them tout, and partly because, out here in the sticks, I just don't have the net speed to make it bearable. Sorry, backing up 500 gig over a 1.5MB dsl connection just doesn't work!
Xactly!!! Refuse to use it for that very reason.

I didn't think I did either. But, since I don't mind a tiny (maybe 1mm) tank overhang on mods...I've found the 24mm even looks good on my little bitty COV Mini Volt 40W, the very small Yosta Livepor 60W mod (shown in @ToolmanTexas pic on the Berserker Mini thread), and on the small COV Mega Volt 80W mod. Haven't even gotten out other mods to check the 24mm on them yet. So you might be surprised which ones you have that it might be OK on, too.
I just realized that if you have a silicone sleeve on a 22mm mod, there's no overhang (confirmed on a kbox and evic vtc mini)

Oooo...good to know! I have some Evic VTC Minis and the silicone sleeves for them. They're in the stash, so haven't even opened any of them yet. Wouldn't have thought to try the 24mm ones on them though. Thanks for the info!

Do you know if a 24mm Berserker can get on a pico 75 or is the battery cap too close?

I had my first "vape dream"last night and man was it wierd.I dreamt that I was in a hospital with a mod and topper in hand, all of a sudden the mod started shooting out sparks from the bottom.I remember trying to turn it off by pushing the fire button a bunch of times and failing,I then went to take the battery cover off but discovered it needed a screwdriver to do (I don't have any mods that need one to open).I couldn't see a screwdriver around me so I threw the mod down the hall while it was sparking away...I then woke up.

I just now barely got one on my Black/Bronze Pico 75W, but...only by taking the battery cap off, then putting the tank on, and then with a little trouble...slowly screwing the battery cap back on. But, it was too close for comfort, IMO. You can't turn the AFC ring at all, and it looks like it puts too much sideways pressure on the tank at the base. So I won't use it on a regular 75W Pico.

I'd suspect not. A 23 mm tank, maybe.

Did you go down the hall to see what you actually threw? ;)

I was ready to try the berserker tank, or something else but I changed my mind. I really am content with the doggy, and sometimes Kayfun Prime. I was under the impression that TFA Banana Cream would crack the doggy tank so I didn’t try my adv with it until recently (has 2% Banana Cream). Maybe it has something to do with the percentage but I haven’t had any noticeable problem with my adv and the doggy after a couple weeks. Just ordered 2 more doggies.

The TFA Banana Cream isn't 1 of the known tank crackers AFAIK. I've been using it regularly at 6-7%, and there have been no problems with it. Maybe you're thinking of TFA Ripe Banana? It's definitely extremely potent and a known cracker. :)

I do a disk image, manually, monthly, to external drives. Yes, two. And automatic weekly backups of data folders, to a third external drive and to a second internal drive. (The internal isn't ideal, as it's subject to frying if, say, the power supply goes badly awry, and of course may be subject to any bug that hits the C... but as a third copy of essential data, is ok :) )

Not a cloud fan, either, partly because I really have zero confidence in the "security" any of them tout, and partly because, out here in the sticks, I just don't have the net speed to make it bearable. Sorry, backing up 500 gig over a 1.5MB dsl connection just doesn't work!

My first cloud backup took 3 days and I added large files like games a few at a time after that. But now the daily backup takes 20 minutes because it only uploads files that have changed that day. I keep a disk image on a hard drive. Of course if the house burned down the external drive would be gone along with the computer.

I got a fireproof safe for important stuff like passports. Not sure how fireproof it really is though. When I first got it I put my favorite blue Provari and a blue KFL tank in the safe. Thinking if there was a disaster I would still have something nice to vape on as I wondered round the ruins. I took them out at some point when I was reorganizing and counting my vape collection. Never got around to putting them back. Maybe I'll do that tomorrow.

On reflection it wouldn't quite work. First I would need to get another computer so I could go online and order wire and cotton and batteries and a charger and scissors. Maybe what I really need is a waterproof box full of all that stuff, buried in the yard well away from the house. But what if someone saw me burying the box. Have to bury it at 2.00am on a cloudy night. Then it would be like the Oak Island show. Digging tunnels all over the yard trying to find the box.

Better stop now and have another beer.

Someone probably misreported it at some point and I read it and took it to heart and never bothered to try my adv in the doggy as a response. I’m glad I decided to throw caution to the wind and try it anyway ;)

I received my first 24 mm Berserker and got it set up. It's fantastic! So, gonna stock up on both sizes.

Next, I need to go to the Doggy and try it again. I set it up once and the results were lackluster. Not bad, just blah. Everyone raves about it. So, I probably did something wrong. Will try again soon.
