No no no no no, darlin' Uncs. It's just the Ms. Ocelot hasn't been around on the Forum much over the last year or so. She posted last April, but that was that.

And that's ALL he meant. :)

Hi all popping in! @Bea-FL thanks for the Mooch reminder. I took him off my patron when finances were dire, but now that work is up and running I can put him back on. Off to do that, then work. Still MTL vaping but snus at work and well.... I am going through a lot less eliquid, so there's that.

So glad snus is an option though I can go 10 hours is my max (without puffing my vape once) never gonna give up vaping in the a.m. and p.m but it's working out SUPER nicely. Hope you are all doing well!

Well?
What happened that night?

I actually thought you were there! It's hard to remember details, but (I think) you were part of that thread.

Evidence has followed, but in a nutshell summary:

  1. Vixen put their remaining Provi stock on SALE (Willy's post was spot-ON, as usual)
  2. TO was a loyal client, and she came into whichever thread we were destroying at the time, and told everyone about it
  3. Poor Vixen literally got overrun with orders, and their servers actually crashed a couple/few times
  4. They had NO idea who/what they were dealing with ("Provarinati, ATTACK!!!")
  5. Everyone was great about it, even those of us who were unable to receive orders
  6. It was one of the most fun nights I've ever had as a vaper, and I ended up crashing out while it was still going on (necessity, and Kat held down my fort/orders)
To this day, I'm not sure anyone ever did find a "Scratch" or a "Dent".

Fortune, fame
Mirror, vain
Gone insane
But the memory remains

(thank you, Metallica!)

Yep. It was definitely an interesting night. I got kinda excited, and ordered 4 black Provarii. Unfortunately, I got an email the next day saying they could only send me one. I guess it's just as well. I already had enough to last me a couple of lifetimes.

I got a bit gipped too, but I was so busy laughing that I figured it was worth it.

I felt TERRIBLE for Vixen. Dealing with the likes of us.;)

Hey TP’ers. Long time no post. A lot has happened but the buts and bolts are I’m returning to England in a few weeks. As a result I need a no build solution that’s small.

Update on a bit of gear
My two cov megavolts both bit the dust. I used them frequently and one was pretty worn but both spontaneously stopped working. I’d say they are ok for th eprice but I’m not sure I would replace hem at this point.

I have a kabuki sitting on an I stick Pico right now - so far this is probably the best solution I own for what I need in the next six months but I have a few complaints about the aspire coils, primarily that with sweet juices the .7 just don’t last.

I do have two Vapefly Nicolas tanks and I enjoyed hem but I can’t find coils in the USA and can’t risk the Chinese shipping for now.

I’m considering the Innokin zenith tank with plexus coils but two things come to mind.

-First is I do not have any small pocketable mods that would take a tank bigger than 22mm afaik. I need to go through some stuff. I have a rx mini but that is probably the most stupidly designed pocket unfriendly mod ever made. I have a ton of mods but I won’t have access to a battery charger so half are ruled out because no usb.

Second I’d like to have a 2a charging mod because I’m going to be bouncing around for a while. Pretty sure I don’t have one that does that. Otherwise I need to buy a very small single or dual bat battery charger which is less than ideal.

I see there’s a 3ml Innokin zenith tank. I guess that on the istick Pico saves money but the istick doesn’t do two amp charging afaik. Also I see the 24mm kit doesn’t appear to be much larger than the istick 22mm combo. The do,ensigns I saw showed it half a mm thicker and a mm shorter. Which would be fine. But can anyone confirm? Does anyone own a Pico and kabuki as well as the bigger Innokin kit?

I’m getting quite sick of building and I flat out can’t do it for about six months. The thought is to get a usb rapid charge mod and tank or to just leave it with the kabuki and istick Pico. I’m open to any other suggestions.

For the record I feel the vapefly .6 coils are superior to the kabuki or n2 with .7 and they last quite a bit longer for me. Typically I find the n2 .7 coils start to be lackluster after a measly 12 ml or so. So if the Innokin coils last as long as I’m reading the tank price doesn’t really matter as I’ll go through far fewer coils.

Thanks for reading all this. I’ve been utility vaping for the last six to twelve months or so to stay off smoking but not hobbying around. So I’m way out of the loop aside form playing catch up in other threads. I figure did ask my go to peeps what they thought would be a good wya to go. If the Innokin coils don’t last significantly longer than the aspire or taste night and day better I don’t see the point in getting that tank.

Thanks for 5e help and any / all suggestions!

Welcome back, h00! I'm sure you'll get a ton of good advice from our marvey TPuff crowd. There's lots of new(ish) and interesting setups available these days.

Not as long as you have "spreadsheet monster" under your avi ;)

Oh. THAT old thang? ;)

Have you tried the Ego One Mega Thingas (aka "Eggroll", ala Kat)? For mods, maybe the Evic Primo Mini Super or Supreme or (whatever its name is)?

Idunno. Just throwin' pasta at the wall here.

Yah I have a couple car tanks. I was hoping for something a bit different. I’m not sure when or why I fell out of love with the egg rolls but I did. I should order some rebuildabkes and give it a shot.

Cheers guys. Three weeks til back to the motherland.

If you go with the innokin zenith, I’d avoid this z plexus coils. They don’t last like the originals. As in 3 days for a z, 3 weeks on either.8/1.6. 24 mm won’t fit the original pico, 22 does. The istick power is VERY pocket friendly, built in 5000 mAh battery, goes to 80 watts. I’ve found isticks to be durable. FYI, the bronze is sort of rose gold. I ordered it for my SIL to use at the plant. So, I have a “bronze”, and ordered him a wood grain and a grey. They’re not all new and sexy, but they’re work horses.

For a small mod with 2A charging check out the evic primo fit. The size of a Pico w/o the battery cap.
