I agree with alot of the posts here. Love blues based rock so SRV and Derek Trucks for blues slide guitar just cant be beat. The best guitarists, IMO, are the ones that express their emotion in their playing, it just pours out. In the hard rock arena, Randy Rhoads was the best I ever heard at that.

One of the best though, if not the best is someone my brother in law turned me onto, check this out

Google Tommy Emmanuel and listen to some of his other stuff, absolutely amazing.

You guys have already hit on my older favorites. Hendrix, Beck, Page, and Clapton. I'm an old time rocker but I do try and stay fresh and learn new ways and things that keep my old hands fresh. So I'm going with.

Yngwie Malmsteen
John Petrucci (who gives awesome on-line classes by the way)
Jason Becker

They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks, but if you can play Hendrix or Clapton you can learn to Shred!

This is my Ibanez 470 with a 550 neck all Made in Japan, Lo trem, modified stock pickups. I swapped the magnets from the V7 to V8. I swear guys if you have these just DO IT. I don't know if the factories designed these and put the wrong magnets in the wrong pickups or what but everyone I know who has swapped these loves them after they do it. It's a 100% improvement. This thing plays like butter and sounds like Grade 8 solid steel.

The e-cig is a Nemesis All Copper with a 3D dripper hybrid. The dripper has it's own tank that turns it into a bottom feeder. I'm running 5.5 wraps of 28 on a 16th drillbit right at one ohm my current sweet spot for this atty, Cotton for a wick. For batteries I'm using Samsung 20r's.
