If they had made the top of the 510 above the threads like the one pictured here an o-ring on the atty would fit nicely.

Now you all have me noided out. I just took mine apart to check everything and it's dry as a bone. I probably have run 15-20 refills thru it since I got it and all is well. I just don't see how it could be coming out the top as ring around the deck seals it.I first noticed excessive liquid between the atty and landing pad.
Update:
BTW, you can change power in TC mode (fire + up button). The "power" mode is VW. In general the device reads the resistance a bit on the low end, which of course means in TC mode the vape is cooler than expected.
Cheers.
This is where mine leaked from the top of the 510 down into the battery compartment, it is not much of a seal in my case. Now you all have me noided out. Yeah that is what where I figured it was happening but it could only happen if juice was seeping through the threads. And that could only happen if the bottom of the 510 deck and bottom of atomizer squonk pin were not sealing properly, at least I think that's what would cause that. It can't be coming from anywhere else??? I don't know but now it's bugging me ha ha haThis is where mine leaked from the top of the 510 down into the battery compartment, it is not much of a seal in my case.

Not my picture.
I didn't notice right away that it was doing anything other than having liquid on the landing pad till I removed the battery and it had juice down it' length on one side, then I investigated.
I'm finding juice on the top of the topside as well. I ran out of juice in a bottle to fill the topside with its top fill feature and when I went to use my 510 refill bottle found juice on top of the mod. It's the Pulse x bf rda with an o-ring on it and it does not leak at all on the Pulse X bf 90w mod. Same thing happened with my Basic rda without an o-ring. Haven't tried my KRMA rda yet. I have found juice a few times on my hands and where the rda and mod meet and figured I was over-squonking, because the topside squonks a lot very easily, but I'm beginning to wonder if it was juice from the top of the 510/under the rda.Why doesn't it leak on other squonkers then? Well only two squonkers leak is the Pulse 80 (that one really leaks) and now the Dovpo Topside. My others does not with the same RDAs.
With the massive amount of pulled and rolled CBV2 wicking I use in the Digi Mesh Pro RDA's that I run on the Topsides it does take some pressure to get the joose up into them from the bottle. Even so neither of my Topsides are leaking under the atty's or into the battery compartment. They do not have o-rings on their 510 to help seal them in the mods 510, and I've put a hellofalot of joose thru them already. So like others I am somewhat perplexed as to what your cause is.
However, I thought of something. In Brian's video about the Topside and it's features he makes it a point to advise how the fire button has a beveled ring around it so any leaking joose from the top of the mod is guided around the fire button so it doesn't run into it. That suggests that he is aware of possible joose coming from the atty/510 connection. Could be as simple as realizing there could be condensed vapor leakage from the atty AFC's, or leakage from the base/cap area of the atty itself (or its 510). Or it could be that he knows it could come from the mods 510 or its seal. If someone could get in touch with him direct, or maybe via his reviewers of the mod, he ought o be able to shed the light on this issue.
The button thing is at 9:13 in the video.
I personally do not think it was designed that way with a mod leak in mind, but rather to help protect the mod in case of over squonking.
Used the same o-ring from those Kanger OCC that dwcraig1 did. Still just an atomizer error. You are using too big of an o ring if this happens. Mine seal by going down into the 510 hole and seal the against the inside walls of the 510, not smash the o ring between the 510 plate and bottom of the atomizer.
Yes a few of them. Been using a Dead Rabbit 24mm on it since last night.Have you tried a different atomizer?
The same 70VG Yeti Vape Haze Cap I have used in everything for the past 3 years. What vg/pg ratio is your juice?
Yes very tight. I don't normally screw my attys that tight, but it was something to try.Is the atty tight to the mod when it leaks? (Sorry for the barrage of questions, just trying to get some info so I can try to help figure this out)
Go here:Wire wizard | Steam Engine | free vaping calculatorsI just did the TC firmware upgrade and WOW what a difference, smooth as silk. Now I just need to figure out the TCR dealy.
Must only be 1/3 mm or less off the deck on mine with the o-ring on.Yup, I am sure they are shorter.
DovpoUSA contacted me today and he said that if we can't get my Topside to flash (Saturday.. Only time I can do it on the phone with him), then they will replace it. We shall see!Well... NO LUCK! Tried everyone's tip and another new Windows PC and never was able to get the Start button to highlight. I guess I will contact Dovpo, because it should not be this difficult and frustrating.. Uggggg
