Tornado Battery Problem

You may have screwed the attie down too far, squashing the center gasket on the battery, causing a short. Use something (tweezers?) to gently work your way around the center contact post on the battery gently lifting it up (not too far!!). Also make sure you clean your attie and battery so no juice is shorting it out. And don't ever screw the attie all the way down. It just needs to make contact and there should be a slight gap when the attie is on. The same holds true when you charge the battery. Just make contact. Don't wrench it down too tight. There is only a little silicon gasket that keeps the contacts separated. Contact Totally Wicked about this if this doesn't help.
