thread!....Hi everyone, You older regs are half the reason I have learned so much.. To see you guys get so disgusted you'd leave, as well as my suppliers.. Is so sad...( chit.. I havent even gotten to
buy any of walruses DIY's yet..I love his smarta.. Um.. I mean his cut to the chase personality :: lil laugh)
Seriously, We all want to bring e-cigs into the limelight..Public broad casts ect..Things many of you have worked very hard to do..This equates to public awareness = a flood of newbies... It's just the way it is...I love helping newbies ( yea, i have steered a few wrong but, I'm learning lol)
Many of you work in public service..I've been a hairdresser since I was 17..No one knows better then me the pressure/stress of trying to please everyone all the time..They are in my chair, all up n personal for long periods lol..In my 20's, I just couldn't take it anymore..I left hair and went into nursing ( which I hated).. I always come back to hair because its the love of my life.....Eventually learning that the good customers far outweighed the bad and Always kill em with kindness....The nicer you are the sillier/ more vindictive they look....However, I do agree complaints should be heard....But not allowing someone to defend themselves/business and then when they do are attacked by 100's...eeesh I knooow I'd be snide lol..
I like the idea a few had about the complaints/compliments forum ( i think I recall seeing one)...Although. there should be a big disclaimer at the top..Stating that all though there are legitimate complaints..To please be aware that there will always be bashers ( :: whispering> as well as the nic addicted "joking") and or those that intentionally try to sabotage, to use good judgement.....And a list of complaint guideline wouldn't hurt> 1.. Contact your supplier for resolution before going public..2.. Do know that it is standard procedure to return a defective part at your expense before new part is shipped back, at suppliers expense..If your supplier decides to forgo this step.Congrats!.. ect...And if there is such a forum...Then posting a complaint on the public area shouldn't be allowed (easy enough to advertise the other forum on the public one)..I also think its a great idea that Katink had, about closing a complaint thread to where it remains between the supplier and the dissatisfied customer...Everyone can still read the transaction... Just ideas...
