Thanks for a great thread…. i've been using single flavor TFA juices so far, but i do mix a couple different flavors when i drip.

this is dumb but for some reason I'm not seeing the logic in following recipes here by %….

If I find that ie 10% is good for a couple of flavors used alone… (flavor 1 and 2) , if I were to combine them in a recipe it would look like this?
5% flavor 1
5% flavor 2
correct?

So by following the recipes included in this thread where multiple flavors are included, the given various % for each flavor are straight up input in a recipe calculator as is?

Flavors interact in funny ways. Just because a flavor tastes good at a certain % when stand alone doesn't mean it will taste the same when mixed. Yes, follow the %'s in the recipes and adjust from there for your own tastes. Everyone is different. I find 5% is a good starting point for testing, but I don't use/follow your logic of 10% = 2 5%'s.

But as with everything else in DIY, if it works for you, DO IT !

I've got the stuff , giving it a try.
" ksmith...
Red Twizzler
10% TPA Absinthe
6% TPA Raspberry
3% TPA Black Cherry
2% TPA Smooth "

Do I hear One More????

Didn't have the Raspberry so I tried Blackberry. Not to bad but I think I'm going to tone down the Absinthe a tad next time. That's just me though. Thanks ksmith.

Sitting down, facing forward.
I mix 1/4tsp of EM crystals into 10ml of PG. I mix in a 50ml beaker and heat it for five seconds, then stir vigorously and repeat until the crystals have all dissolved. That, according to WL, will result in a solution at 10& EM which is the normal concentration. I have never had a problem with un-dissolved crystals even after the mix sits for a few weeks.

Two recipies for candy bar lovers:

Almond Joy Very chocolatey/toffee-ish when first mixed... Coconut really comes out after a week of aging. Really yummy.

Coconut Extra 8%
Toasted Almond 5%
English Toffee 3%
Milk Chocolat 3%

Butter Finger Swirl (Borrowed from finnman1 and tweeked using all TFA Flavors.) This is spot on butterfinger...Heat, shake and vape...no steeping needed. ( isnt that weird?) The after taste has been said to be like A Starbucks white chocolat Mocha

Caramel Original 8%
Peanut butter 6%
Cotton Candy 2%
Double chocolat clear 3%
Vanilla Swirl 1%
Sweetner 1%

I dont remember where I saw Cool watermelon but here it is:
10% TFA Watermelon
3% Menthol
1 dp per 5ml acid
*add koolada for more

gives a nice candidness watermelon with a cool exhale

Had the first two, added cool watermelon. All three got votes. Sure hope you meant Acetyl Pyrazine 5% (PG) TFA . If not, what acid???

EDIT: Will post new report as soon as you confirm.

I just found this one in clone recipes

I just made a liquid that tastes pretty good. I got the idea for it from Ahlusion's Caramel Pear Black Tea, but I have never tried that juice so I'm not comparing my version to theirs, but it sounded tasty so I tried to make my own.

These are all TFA flavors but it would probably be fine with other brands.

Caramel Apple and Pear Tea

7% TFA Caramel
5% Green Tea (I used this instead of black tea because it the black tea smells kinda funny and the green tea smelled more tea like to me)
3% Pear
4% Apple
3% Vanillin (you can substitute this for your favorite vanilla/cream)

I gave it a hot water bath and shook it a few times, let it sit for 10 minutes and tried dripping it. As is, it tastes pretty good and I can taste all of the elements. I'll see how it tastes after it gets a chance to steep for a while but of course, adjust to your own taste. I like stronger flavors but you can lower the percentages if you like. Needs no sweetener. You could probably try substituting the fruit for something different but I find the apple works pretty well. The pear is a little bit artificial to me and somewhat reminds me of banana but it tastes good to me at low percentages.

I meant acid. Some people use malic (source), vinegar, or lemon juice concentrated. It helps stabilize and make fruits pop.

Just things I've read.
