I bought some Chi you magnets off of eBay, about 4 dollars for a set of 4 1mm magnets. I just tried installing them, not really understanding why magnets are better at this point so I put my spring back for now.
Got mine last Monday and immediately switched to magnets. Its a bit wobly so I put the spring back and works better at least in my experience. Still have to get used to mechs...
Screw the atty on with the top cap off. Spin the copper contacts till it stops and touches the atty. Put top cap on mod. Adjust your bottom switch to your liking and insert battery and bottom cap. If no contact adjust the little copper pin down to contact the battery.
