Trouble with Strictly e juice?

I have been a loyal customer to strictlyEjuice.com for awhile now, but the last shipment I ordered from them had a strange flavor, and caused a burning sensation in my throat. I emailed the company and was answered promptly, and told that I could get a full refund or a replacement of my order. Since I liked their company and their service, I asked for my order to be replaced with another flavor, hoping it was just a fluke. Since then, I have heard nothing in response from them. I have emailed repeatedly, asking them to please respond and confirm that they would send me my replacement order. Nothing. It's been weeks. I'm frustrated! What can I do? Has anyone else had this experience with strictlyEjuice. com?

Update on my situation:

After waiting 2 weeks for a response from SEJ, I went ahead and requested a charge-back on my credit card for the juice I ordered from them. That got me a response from SEJ! They told me that their email servers were down and that the replacement flavors I requested were all out of stock. So I went to their website and tried to place an order, and none of the juices I had asked for as replacements showed up as being out of stock. So I emailed them and told them I didn't care to do business with a company that continually lied to their customers and offered excuses instead of customer service, and told them to just refund my money. A couple hours later I got a confirmation email that my CC had been refunded.

In the meantime, I received my juice order from freedomsmokeusa. I think I'll be placing my orders with them from now on!
