I have been a loyal customer to strictlyEjuice.com for awhile now, but the last shipment I ordered from them had a strange flavor, and caused a burning sensation in my throat. I emailed the company and was answered promptly, and told that I could get a full refund or a replacement of my order. Since I liked their company and their service, I asked for my order to be replaced with another flavor, hoping it was just a fluke. Since then, I have heard nothing in response from them. I have emailed repeatedly, asking them to please respond and confirm that they would send me my replacement order. Nothing. It's been weeks. I'm frustrated! What can I do? Has anyone else had this experience with strictlyEjuice. com?
