hey all, i started e smoking about 3 weeks ago, totally stopped smoking cigs which i was real happy about but after like a week i realized that i was smoking the e cig just as much (at the end i was a really light smoker, down from a pack a day to 2-6 a day) so i decided to just see what would happen if i just didnt put together my ecig in the morning and guess what? i was in a great mood all day with no cravings until night time but they were totally bearable. since that day of not smoking anything ive prob puffed the ecig like 5 times randomly just when im bored. i plan on getting o nic juice so im not getting my body to think im back to being addicted.
anyway the point of this rant is just to tell you guys to try and put the ecig down for a day and see how strong your addiction really is, i know this wont work fot everyone because i weened myself down and was determined to quit before i even got an e cig but hey maybe youll join me in the freedom of having killed an addiction!
