Hey coil building veterans. I have some 22g A1 Kanthol wire and I'm looking to build ~0.14 ohm resistence dual parallel coils. I will be wrapping them on an Allen wrench and my question is: how many wraps should I go for, and what size would you recommend for the Allen wrench? The sizes I have include (by inches) 1/16, 5/64, 3/32, 7/64, 1/8. I have an eleaf ohms reader and I will be using a Sony VTC 5. I am aware of Ohm's law and safe battery practices.

Thanks! Any helpful tips are appreciated as well :)

First... a safety precaution regarding your meter at, approaching dead short, resistance values.

Make sure you have an accurate (Not scale range, but accuracy. Just because a meter can read to the thousands of an ohm doesn't mean it's accurate to the thousands of an ohm) ohm meter.
If your meter reads "heavy" by 0.04Ω... the difference in discharge is plus 12a/50w @ 4.2v... and now you're tapping well into the pulse discharge rate.

Second... to understand the importance of - the frequently ignored, but extremely valuable "Heat Flux", "Heat Capacity" and "Leg Power Loss %" - features of Steam Engine... click on the second hyperlink below, titled "Steam Engine - a Users Guide". You will be using 126 watts in the heat flux variable... if you're build is a true 0.14Ω.

Cheers
