@SAS

You know my husband had cellutitis in his ear canal when he was in his 20s and he was in pain so it really can be painful for sure. I did not ask TT if they are actually giving him pain meds or if he is still in pain. He is very upbeat as usual, laughing etc. so I think that part is OK. I know that he was in pain when admitted because his wife told me that he could not stand on that leg when she took him to the doctor on Monday

Believe me....he is just not complaining......but he had to be in extreme pain..... sorry, hope this is not a bummer for anyone, but people should know what it is like.

Nothing wrong with spoiling yourself.......so......still haven't found that one 'lucky' lady, uh?

Well, I was dating a very beautiful woman for a while -- beautiful brown eyes, dark skin, long dark hair.... Ummm... what was I saying? Oh yeah... Well, she needed a little more attention than I can give right now. I was sick for two weeks and she thought I was blowing her off, so it's over now.

Thats right Bov. That poor man was in bad shape when admitted so he knows it will just take time :) It sounds like he is getting very good care which is really good to know. Some of these small towns don't have alot to offer.

He may relapse when he gets the bill! AARRRGGGGG

BTW- He is stocking up on stories to tell LOL He has taken a real liking to a particular little nurse there. He has told me a few stories and also mentioned that he is having trouble with his short term memory. I told him to start writing them down because everyone is anxiously waiting to hear them aall and we don't want him to forget any of them lol

TT told me about the nurse too! He must like her a lot. :)

Nightly Update Night 6

TT still seems to be improving as far as his blood pressure, blood sugar and cellulitis in his leg goes. He said that the doctor he saw tonight has moved his release date to Wednesday but he is keeping a great attitude about it and knows that it is going to take as long as it will take :) He does have some swelling in his foot now but does not seem terribly concerned about that.

I did ask him if he is/was experiencing any pain and he said that he never has with the cellulitis. Maybe some slight burning but thats about it :)

He did have his wife bring his laptop to the hospital today just to give it a shot and he said that the wifi is all password protected so he could not get in :(

I had his permission to give SecondChance his phone number last night and he said that they talked for quite awhile and it really cheered him up :) Thats all for now. Same time and same place tomorrow night :)

Oh and as always he asked me to pass his sincere thanks along for all of the support and prayers from everyone. He can't wait to be able to log on and thank everyone himself :)
