Thanks Salem, i thinking TT just might want a bigger thread to come back to. He doesn't want to get bored too quick when he is told to rest when he gets home. We'll just have to keep posting in all 3 threads and make sure he has some reading material to keep him on the couch (and outta the barn, uhhhgggg).

Yes Nurses are what keep the hospital and patients running. :p

TT runs fast when its enema/and or suppository time. Nurses have to be concerned with bodily functions. :)

Well double darn tonight. It is looking like Tuesday at the earliest for release now. TT said that they put him on a new antibiotic that is more geared towards treating infection of the cells? I think I got that right. He described his leg as red and angry looking when he was admitted on Monday and now it is a milder puple/pink. As soon as he said that I could hear his favorite nurse in the background saying the same exact thing :) His blood pressure has returned to normal and he has been removed from insulin so he is still headed in the right direction it is just going to take time.

I continue to tell him of the massive support that he is getting here and he said to tell everyone how much he appreciates it :) Keep the prayers and good vibes headed his way and I will call tomorrow night around the same time.

Thanks again Salem.....
One thing I have not heard mentioned here is that cellulitis(sp) is extremely painful. I have had it twice so I know what I am talking about....It's fast and ow!! does it hurt.....Haven't heard you say anything about Mr. TT complaining about pain.....he's a tough ole bird.... so I know or hope that they are making him comfortable with that...
I am so glad he is on the mend and exactly where he needs to be to get better.....I will keep sending prayers for him and Mrs. TT.
Will check back later..
:)
