Crossing everything here, too, Megan! I hope tomorrow is the beginning of great things for you!

Thanks Nanny! I have decided that it WILL work and all this MS crapola WILL go away. I believe we decide our futures so now to set myself up for success and not contemplate even the possibility of failure. IT WILL WORK!!!

The GCD Don has spoken, and so it shall be. *nods*

It was a weird ride this morning as when they say "mild flushing" what they should say is "you will feel like you are being burned slowly from the top of your head down". It's manageable though, less horrible than a niacin flush, just HOT! It was funny, I was doing my WoW daylies when the very top of my head started burning, then that started fading as my forehead started burning and so on. So far my knees and elbows are burning...lol. I personally take that as a good sign as in my research all the people who had none of these side effects had the drug do nothing for them. WHIP THAT IMMUNE SYSTEM INTO SHAPE...YEAH!!!

And I walked to the bathroom and MY LEFT LEG WORKED!!! I know, I know, I've only had one dose but darn it NO LIMPING!!! :headbang:

Thanks guys, just home from unloading the big kiln at the Arvada center and my left leg is ded again. Oh well, that happens, at least for now....

It's just the first day with the new meds. These things take time. Megan you are always in my prayers.

Thanks for those good wishes!
I haven't photographed any of this years work yet (another 'to do' thing!)
I'll post an apple painting ...in humble honour of Nicoticket Band Camp ...sort of on topic!;)

I have no background in art. I am a plebe and a barbarian when it comes to art. I do know what I like and I like this quite a bit!!! It is absolutely amazing to me. I am grateful that I am not anywhere near your gallery...I can't afford to be anymore 'broke'. Thank you for sharing this. More would be nice if you don't mind. I am in awe of those who can do this. Have you seen some of Megan's work? It will blow your socks off as well.

Simply stunning work! Now stop making me hungry! ;)

I know, right? I keep looking at the beautiful luster of the wood and thinking it needs to be protected. Cheese on wood? OMy. It is so realistic I can actually smell the cheese and see the oils marring the shine of the wood beneath the cheese...I want to just run over with a plate for the cheese and a soft cloth to buff up the wood. (I have always been a bit of a sucker for dark wood and was taught to never, ever! put anything on wood without a coaster, dish, pad etc.)

Trisha, you are a wonderful artist. Thank you so much for sharing.

Jeff, your mask leaves me without words as well. I would love to see it in RL so I could appreciate all the details of the craftsmanship. I have such trouble believing it is one piece of leather...so complex, so many layers of detail.
