Well, your pick is of ribbon kanthal? It would be hard to twist. We were discussing twisting? Am I missing something?

about that, Vapelyfe posted up a pic of twisted "bakero" wire today around some ekowool. Not sure why they are still calling it that when we all know what it is

I just tried out twisting my 32g kanthal to get more wraps at lower resistance on my aga t2. I've got 8 wraps at 1.5ohms, and so far... I'm not impressed. I do notice a tad bit more pronounced flavor, but the vapor & th is less than or equal to, single strand at 2.8 ohms? Did I do something wrong? So far about the only real improvement I've noticed is the coils ability to drain my battery quicker....

Considering there are more wraps, and lower resistance, I figured I'd get more vapor outta it. Kinda expected my battery to drain quicker, but its drain A LOT quicker... lol

I think, especially since you're wrapping on ss mesh (good wire to wick contact important), you might just want to try two wires un-twisted, running parallel down the wick. If you're able, do fewer wraps (not sure what device/limits you have). Maybe shoot for 1-1.2Ω. I did that with a dripper and was quite happy with the results (32 parallel, I mean); good heat-up time and such.

When I wrap ss I use 2 strands of 30 and it makes awesome vtf, it heats up quick with zero lag. I am also not using VV so I can go lower but I had it that way on my evic too just more wraps. Make sure you have adequate wicking. Normal hollow wicks might not be able to keep up when you crank it up. What voltage or watts you using?

I think you got it. My wick is hollow and not veryy big around. I generally vape at 12-14 watts, mayber i need a tighter wick>
