Type of SS mesh

Hello guys,
As I am trying to find source to buy cheap SS mesh, I came up with some arrangement of the "wire Cloth." Some say alloy 304, other say alloy 316. Can I use these? What should I look for in mesh? Also, beside fro steam monkey, is there other places that I can buy mesh from?

Okc vapes has 6x6 or 12x12 sheets for a really good price. I use their 400 mesh with some pretty thick juice and it works good.

You can use either 304 or 316. I search ebay for mine.
