Just keep it up, took me awhile but I went a full day with out smoking yesterday and the wife smokes still. Trying to get her to quit but she hasn't found her flavor nor has the want to quit. It took me to get the iTaste MVP and some good tanks before I finally like vaping. I started with the eGo start kits and stardust clearo's. Those were just garbage for me and I always went back to the analog. Just keep trying and if you can find a local B&M with a juice bar to try different favors before you buy, I would highly recommend it! Good luck!

I definitely feel for you. Non-smokers can be a PITA. Co-workers are one thing, but your own husband?! Perhaps you should ask him if he's trying to sabotage your attempt to quit smoking any time he says something like that.

Ehh, sometimes tough love is needed.

Prove them all wrong Mrs BX, you can do it. :vapor:

I understand too. I haven't given up the sticks completely either yet. Still have two a day. I celebrate my 90% reduction and don't beat myself up over it. The people who know what a mental case I was with cigs look at me wide-eyed when I tell them where I am at and totally support me. I will look up one day soon and they will be gone. People who never smoked don't get it, they think it's a light switch that can be turned off. We're with you, we understand and many are in the same boat, we can do it just not all at the same speed or all at once.

Non-Smokers will never understand just how tough this is. You can do this. 1/4 is good. You are in the right place. Just remeber why you want to quit and keep going back to that. Convince yourself. This isn't easy and isn't a cakewalk, but as an ex-smoker, I know how tough this is and am proud of you for moving in the right direction!

Thanks everyone! I think I may be one of those that can't have stinkies around or I will be tempted :( unfortunately being in canada, all we have are smoke shops (aka a place to buy pot stuff- im in bc lol). Haven't been able to find a local place that carries vape gear. I feel a lot better then I did last night and didn't even cave this morning when I had a nic fit. I have 18mg stuff coming from mbv and my hooligans stuff should be here tomorrow :) Thanks for all the support guys and gals! Xo

Maybe if we paid fasttech a little extra they ...

China smugglers dig tunnel into Hong Kong: report | NDTV.com

Vape on, start digging ;)

Bahahahah! Gotta move myself to Vancouver first then I could dig into Washington. Im in the interior so would take a while to get under the border haha. It is pretty sad that we don't have any distributors on the west coast. I get my gear fron canvape in Ontario and the most ive waited was a week.
Question: what would ypu guys recommend as an upgrade from my kanger evod? I like the bcc as opposed to top. I don't want to get into rebuilding or crazy mods or anything. Just replace coils now and then fill my tank and vape away :)

Random thought... Tell hubby to stop drinking coffee. It will give him a 1/10th experience of quitting smoking.

For BCC, I like the Kanger T3s
Hyper tank
Tumbler

They all take Kanger heads and all work very well.
I also have a mini Davide to use with the Kanger coils, but you need a needle tip bottle to fill it.

First, hang in there, you will get there! And about upgrading, I say, if it works, don't fix it. I have a couple of ego batteries and evod toppers and I like them a lot. They work well, and I've had no problems with them. I will probably buy some more evod clearomizers, but right now don't plan to change my set up.

MRS BX,

I felt your frustration early on not finding an ADV but just finding anything that didn't taste like perfumy potpourri.

After about a month someone on here suggested vaping unflavored nic base. It sounded like exactly what I was looking for.

And it was. Nice bland and full vapor.

I order mine from wizard labs and my freedom smokes. There are many other places but I've never tried them.

Most important thing I find with it is you need to get it in high VG content (like 70% VG or higher even 100% is good) or it'll be a weak, lame vape. Trust me on that one. You can order it in the nic strength you want and vape it straight from the bottle.

If anyone tells you that it's too sweet or tastes like pepper, they either bought it from a source I have never bought from or they had too much PG.

It is easily the closest thing to a Marlboro light I've found.

It's all I vape. It's also basically free compared to these "flavored" juices but even if it costs more than flavored juice I'd still only vape it :)

Good luck and stay strong woman :)

There you go! Told Mrs. Kodiak once it would be like her wearing last year's clothes and getting by with only a dozen pair of shoes. Sadly though, since *that* is impossible to imagine it was a poor analogy. Silly-assed me. :(

Woo hoo! I made it a whole day! This is gonna be easy.. I hope :)
It is all downhill from here kid-o! This time tomorrow you will have doubled your success!

It can take a while to get rid of the last cigarettes. I'd probably still be having two in the morning and one after meals if it wasn't winter in North Dakota. I can order my juice online, but not cigarettes. It did help me a lot when I upped my nicotine levels from 18 to 26. I was back down to 18 when life took a dive, and now I'm back up,but I didn't start smoking again, so if high nicotine is what it takes then high nicotine is what I'll use.
