union failed me at work

E-cigarette - A couple of employees had requested an area for
Electronic Cigarette users, which would be separate from the smoke shack.
Electronic cigarettes (E-Cigs) are a relatively new nicotine delivery system
that is water-based and emits a vapor rather than traditional smoke like a
cigarette. However, nicotine is still consumed by the user. Leading health
organizations such as the World Health Organization do not endorse using E-Cigs.
Furthermore, the company doctors and other plant locations have advised
that we do not treat E-Cigs any differently. Therefore, we will continue to only
permit smoking of any kind in the designated smoke shack area. We will
re-evaluate if new health information develops in support of E-Cigs. DONE/DELETE

this was a post that was handed out at my work, we have been trying not to have to go to a little shack out back and sit with the normal smokers, for 1 it smells bad and 2 for some1 trying not to smoke analogs this is a bad place since about 10 ppl can be in there smoking at 1 time, i am very unhappy at this result but in order to vape i will do what i must just wish i could use an alternate location

The best part is that they are willing to re-evaluate once we have some real data on vaping. Till then, I am sorry you have to sit in the shack and inhale the toxins of which you are attempting to get away from.

I just "stealth vape" where ever I'm at. Just crank the volts down and hold it in longer 8) One bonus to the technology just reaching the masses is that no one knows what you are doing. Right in the middle of church, and bothers no one, haha.

If you must be there try to convert the smokers into vapers. It may take awhile but it could work to your advantage if a few of the supervisors converted.

I really pushed the envelope yesterday. Vaped inside the court house. My daughter just about freaked out when I snuck a drag in the court room. Just be discrete and you will be ok!

i have converted 1 but she got a enic or titan ecig and still uses analogs only at work so im kinda bummed at that, but wow just about every break i am being asked what flavor i am using but no1 seems to want to get off their analogs even tho they are playing 20 questions with me

A perfect example of why I financially support CASAA! A perfect example of why you should financially support CASAA.

Take some stealth" lessons and vape whenever and wherever you choose to as an alternative option.

yeah i have sneaked a toke here n there since i know where the cameras are and can avoid em, i have even taken tokes with other ppl that i trust around since there is no smell or residual smoke i felt safe, and i know if i hold it longer there is nothing comming out

If they are willing to re-evaluate send them a link to CASSA. They have a bunch of good documentation that they have submitted to legislators that supports e cigs and is well documented and credible. CASAA.org
