No the SAME e-liquid did not have the seal like all I had bought previously.

Ask the sales clerk to check into it for you.
The manufacturer could have run out of seals
or,it could be old stock.

I agree that as of now everything should have seals.
not that the're necessary but because they are required.
I would not be overly concerned if it is a product your
familiar with.

Mike

heya ppl , today i got very unknown and cheap e liquid.i would like to ask because i feel a bit worried.most of my e liquids usually has writen at the back - pg,vg and nicotine but this one that i got has - propylene glycol, glycerin, vanilla, nicotine, linalool, menthol, fragrances and aromatic.

what do you guys think ? thanks

Very typical of Chinese juice, ie. Dekang, Hangsen, Feelife, Janty, Joyetech etc.
In 2012 I would have had at least one bottle of juice with almost exactly those ingredients listed. (just no menthol- Bleh)
I say: Vape it!
Cheers

OP, DUMP that juice right now.
I don't care if it's from a reputable supplier or unknown, if there is any reason you feel you don't trust something to be vapable, don't vape it. It's called intuition, and we all need to use it. It was said, when in doubt, throw it out! Why is it every redneck funeral is for the guy who said "hey Y'all, watch this!"

Use common sense and you won't end up another news story used against the vaping industry.
