Hey …
Could somebody please post a photo of an Indulgence unit next to a “normal” ecig or some other point of reference.
The photos on EM seem to focus on the girl rather than the unit itself.
There are some people looking to decide and think that maybe the unit is way too big...compared to eGo or other units(or the girl for that matter).

The Indulgence with the EXTENDED cup is 4 3/8" long to the tip of the atomizer connector and 3 1/4" long with the STANDARD cup, to the tip of the connector. The diameter is 7/8". I did post some pics, with a ruler.

Does the Indulgence pass the "lean on a table edge with it in your pocket" test? If you push it into the edge of a table with button facing the table, does it get pushed far enough in to activate or not?

if you line it up perfectly

if you push it hard enough

if you lean against the table - just right

if you really try hard enough

Yes,

if you really try hard enough you can activate any e-cig in the way you describe.

Until recently there were 50 Indulgence silver Kits available on eastmall website but now there are no Indulgence silver, gold or titanium kits available on the website.

Are the adaptor problems still being worked out with the Indulgence Kits and is that why there are none for sale on the website?

When will the Indulgence Kits become available again on eastmall website?

the model will be one who looks good with the product.

thanks for the praise on the pix of the unit comparison, I did a good job of posting it, ------

however -- sadly,- I am hopeless with camera,

and it was taken for me, after I set it up.

Hi Di,

I was on EM's site today. Both my brother and I are looking to order an Indulgence. I did post a question on the site asking when they would be in, but I would really love to see good pics showing the difference between titanium and silver. Is that something Mud can make happen?? I did see a pic by apatel in another thread - but it looks near black to me - but I don't think it is - is it??

Thanks!

Sorry to be a pain - but I have some questions.

From EM's site:

'The Optional Extended Indulgence Battery Cup with spring adjusts to multiple batteries (it's sold separately to this kit) and is bundled with either 1x 18650 3.7v protected 3000mAh battery rated at 24+ hours of continuous usage or 2x 16340 (CR123A) 3v protected 880mah batteries (used together) so you can enjoy the high performance of 6v with Specially Designed EM5-HV, EM8-HV & EM9-HV 4.5 OHM High Volt Atomisers (optional with bundle).'

So, if I order the extended cup for use with a 18650, I assume I do not need an HV atty - that they are only for 6v vaping????

PLEASE NOTE: The 3.7v Standard Indulgence Battery Cup has been taylor made to fit 1x 18350 protected battery (2x 18350's are provided in this kit) and contains no moving parts or springs. For best results, we recommend useage of only the provided batteries which can be operated with either the positive or negative side up.

When you say you recommend only using the provided 18350 batteries, I assume that this statement is referring to the standard cup only and not a disclaimer to using the 18650 with the extended cup????

Thanks!

Hope it is ok if I answer this.

Q1:
Yes, if you are using 3.7 volts (18650) the regular attys are best. The HV attys are only for 6v.

Q2:
Yes, the 'Standard Cup' is the perfect size for the 18350's supplied (but you could squeeze other untested types in there) so the recommendation is saying "when using the standard cup -only use the supplied 18350 batts".... for best results.

This is a pic of the silver with the titanium, it is very hard to catch the exact colour of the titanium as it does vary with the light, it changes from light to dark, but this is probably the closest I could find of what it looks like IRL.

=====================================

You can use the HV atty with the 3.7volts vaping,
but they are specially designed for the HV vaping at 6V.

You DO NOT need HV attys for vaping at 3.7V,
you DO need HV attys for 6V vaping.

yes, this is correct,

and as always, we advise you to always use protected batteries.

Does the Indulgence pass the "lean on a table edge with it in your pocket" test? If you push it into the edge of a table with button facing the table, does it get pushed far enough in to activate or not?

I put mine in my bag, (front pocket), and it activated the switch for long enough that I started to smell something... then I noticed a bucketload of smoke coming from my bag.

The carty was basically on fire, (the thing was too hot to even touch). Took five minutes to clear the smoke out of the room.

So yeah, it does get triggered accidentally, but compared to others, it takes some "skill" to do it.

(needless to say, the indulgence escaped unharmed)
