The category was created a long time ago and is practiced by millions of people. You just are breathing and sniffin from your mouth rather then breathing and sniffing it in the air. why should this essential oil be singled out from any of the others that contain nicotine?

New category just because it isn't listed.

I think e-smoking itself is the equivalent of sitting in a room with a fog machine. If you consider the nicotine... That may be a different story
My point is that there is no reason to categorize it, just as there is no reason to categorize a fog machine. The only thing that might fit in a category is the nicotine, and it should go in the same category as nicorette and/or the patch.

Aye Slea, maybe so but personally I think if we're going to fight we should be true to ourselves and fight for what we really think is right.

Even if it's a losing battle at least we'll keep our integrity and won't have been led like sheep by profiteers and politicos.

You might be a better person than me. ;)

Dead guinea pig.

The human body can not tolerate more then 36 mg.
Though we VapePires might be the exception to the norm.

I kinda liked when Lacey was pursuing the homeopathic classification....but that probably won't fly now :(

I agree that either drug or tobacco is only going to cause further problems, so I have to go with either new or uncategorized. Will have to think about this one some more

New Category and Uncategorised are the most prudent choices according to the poll.

Few people want to have vaping classed as drug or tobacco use.

I think that Smoking Everywhere might force a definition that says vaping products are not tobacco but I don't know if that will mean the FDA definition of drug combination will automatically be accepted as correct. Ideally they will be found to be wrong too.

Just call it a personal vaporizer. As another poster said, kind of like a nebulizer. And the purpose of it is for vaporizing flavored liquids. Not nicotine. I mean, you can buy bongs and crack pipes and they just label it for tobacco use. So why can't you buy a vaporizer labeled for inhalation of a flavorful liquid?

I think that would be ideal for the hardware - to be considered apart from the nicotine, that has got to be a serious possibility. Unfortunately the FDA and pro tobacco campaigners seem to be tying the hardware and nicotine together.

We may need another court case to remove tobacco or drug definitions from hardware after Smoking Everywhere is finished.
